inches are easier and faster to lose then pounds. you can actually lose 3-5 inches a day. try doing crunches and situps. when you lose inches it adds up to pounds lost . easy as that.

It depends on how fast you want to lose the weight. Ten pounds in a month should be fairly easy, if you don't cheat yourself!
