simple.
dont eat. throw up if you eat. and turn into someone who hates there body even tho its a great body =]]
yepp thats about it.
but if u want to loose weight and replace it wth muscle then u might waanna do this ....
1. do 200 sit ups a day
2. 50 pushups a day
3.do palaties.
4. do yoga so your muscles wont tense up...
it mite take about 3 weeks for you to see differences. but you have to keep doing it.
maybe make your meals healthier. not just junk.
use protein and all vitanims.

start workin your butt off on a bike or treadmill and get a diet that works for you, or you could look in some magazines (they have tons on weight loss) and also of course everywhere on TV there's like a billion commercials on losing weight and gettin a great shape, like if u use jenny craig or weight watchers. u should really try somethin like that.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

become a vegan, do yoga and pilates all the time. maybe do some dancing, ballet, and gymnastics. have amazing genes.
