About 5-6 days a week i plan to run 20-30 minutes, do 20 minutes of pilates abs, 20 minutes of butt and thigh pilates every time i workout. Is this too much?

And also what are some good slimming arm workouts for a female? (not wanting to bulk up)

push ups and just do curls and things like that with some light weights. With all that in one day, no its not really good. You should switch it up and do cardio 2-3 times a week and the butt and thigh stuff. As for the abs and the arms you should do those on the opposite days. Your body needs a day to rest between the workouts. Just remember to change up your workout other wise you will get bored easily!

That is almost too much. Try alternating the 20 minute workouts each day [jog and abs, or jog and butt]. Try jump roping. This helped slim my arms a bit. Or by 3-5 lb weights and search the web for arm slimming workouts!

If you are working out between 5 & 6 times a week, split up your body parts. Do abs one day then butt & thigh the next work out.

Holding 2lb cans while working out your arms will help you tone your arms without bulking up.

As long as you are drinking alot of water it is fine i run 2-as long as you are not super tired or really sore!
