like are you sweating and drenched and sore as hell, or do you do a light workout??

Depends. Wednesdays and Sundays are usually light workout days for me.

But the other days of the week are usually pretty intense. Sore as hell intense [:

I love the feeling after a good workout!

It depends on the individual. For example, I do not do cardio. I only lift weights since i am trying to pack on some more muscle mass and gain weight. Therefore, i am not "drenched" after my workout but i am still tired.

if you're "sweating and drenched and sore as hell" you are actually overtraining, and this is like really bad for your body and you will not be able to build up muscle.
