Breakfast:

- 1/2 whole grain bagel with hazelnut butter
- 1cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup of raspberries

Lunch:

- 1 skinless boneless chicken breast oven baked
- 1 large salad with carrots,spinach,tomatoes,olives
dressed with extra virgin olive oil,salt,lemon
- 175 gram organic vanilla yogurt with meusli

Dinner:

- Macaroni soup consisting of 1cup dry macaroni and 1cup
pure tomato juice
- Homemade smoothie with fruit,ground flax seeds, and skim
milk yogurt

After adding up the approx amount of calories, I estimated you consumed around 1700.

Fantastic. You may want to exercise just a bit between Lunch and Dinner, but other than that, you're doing excellent.

for breakfast i had an apple i had two snacks (like an hour apart from each other) they were both peanut butter bar things i had a pastrami and colbie jack sandwich on white with lots of mayo i had a snack a couple hours later... a big salad with onion and ceasar dressing im not sure what im having dinner tonight...

Most people dont know this, but you are better off eating a donut than a bagel, they are SOOOO bad for you, (if you are trying to lose weight) but other then that you are doing great!

This is the best website EVER as far as dietary questions involving calories. You can put in everything you ate and it will calculate everything for you and tell you how many calories you have consumed for the day.

That's dinner for me. How can you stretch that out for three meals? Otherwise, sounds decent enough.
