I am 20 years old, 6'1", 165 lbs. I have been lifting weights for a few years now and have taken many different types of creatine, little bit of protein when I first started as well.

Well like I said I just bought a 10lb bag of whey protein to start taking because I figure this will be the best way to bulk up instead of creatine. I was just wondering, how many servings do I take of it a day? It's 24 grams of protein in one serving and it says it has 155 servings in it.

Thanks a lot.

Also, when should I take it during the day? Also how would that change on me taking it during non-workout days? Or should I not take it at all during non-workout days? Thanks.
