if i do sit-ups for the belly just randomly whenever i have free time every day will my stomach benifit a lot?also how many sit-ups a day would be advisable for a quick toned six-pack or even to loose the belly fat?

Doing situps alone won`t show off your six pack unless your all over body fat is normal.

Back when Brittney Spears was in shape she did 3000 sit ups/crunches a day! no jk. I think if you want to tone fast you may want to do a ton. 3000 is probably over kill but maybe 1000. I know I do 150 and it isn't doing much.

It all starts with cardio, you have to remove the fat first. What good would it do to have abs under fat that you can't see anyways. Sit-ups or crunches will build muscle, but not remove the fat over belly.

lie flat on your back, then raise your feet(together) approx 6 inches from the ground. the feet should be straight, and not bending. then raise your head. same 6 inches. this should put pressure on your abs. keep it like this for some time.

Another way is. lie flat on your back. and lift your legs halfway up. and do cyclying. u can raise your head, or put it flat on the ground.

I think you have to lose all over fat first - can't just spot tone your belly.
