i am 13 years old i weigh about 130 lbs and i am 5(ft) and 5(inches). how do i lose wight cuz i fell really fat!

don't feel like that u are beautiful ok!!! u are not fat at all! you will get taller and the weight will strech out! just eat right and exsersise!

that is not fat at all!!! I am 5'3" and the doctor says my ideal weight is 135. So you are just fine. If you want to do anything, don't modify your diet except maybe to cut back on sweets and sodas. Switch to healthy snacks , and juices and especially water. At your age you need to be eating plenty of healthy food, not dieting. You are still growing and developing.

My daughter was a cheerleader, and chunky up until the 8th grade, in the 9th it just fell off. She didn't diet at all. She just lost the baby fat. You are not fat, so just be healthy!!!

You will probably find it hard to lose weight mainly because you don't need to. At 5'5" and 130 pounds you are thin enough as well as healthy. Not to mention, at 13 you are probably still going to get taller which means you will be even thinner. Eat healthy, stay away from sugar, get plenty of exercise and try to enjoy being young and healthy.

dood relax, I'm only 4" taller and i am 150, but i am still one of the best athletes in the school. but if you want to loose weight than for the next weak do 5 sit ups, push ops, and squat jumps in the early morning than in a couple Weeks do 10 than 15 and so on. oh and don't drink pop or eat to much candy. a nother good way to loose waight is by running the mile. and hey, if you are good than you aoght to join the track team. good luck :)

That sounds like a good weight for your height, but check with your doctor. Just eat a balanced diet and exercise. I know it doesn't sound very helpful, but unless you're unhealthy you really shouldn't be worrying about losing weight.

Only eat when you are hungry, that has been working for me over the past last weeks, it is hard but just keep trying. Meditating and praying works too, don't do any diets or programs, they don't work, just beleive in yourself and eat healthier foods (non processed) as much as possible.
Walk and move more.

Listen its simple..Join swimming classes, exercise regular, eat lots of vegetables..& if your a greedy person, cut that craven habit out....and stop eating too much foods with fat in it...esp late at night....

drink alot of water and walk it off.....it has worked for me and i have been doing it a month i lost 8lbs im 25 and 5(ft) 160 lbs

first, make a plan for your eating time. try to drink fresh juice and eat more vegetables and less meat. second, do exercises. the most easiest way is walking. i like swimming. it is more effective than walking. try to do both or ask your doctor. good luck and bye!

you are to young to think about losing weigth and if you dont listen to that just go out in the moring and maybe go jogong to school or ust do it when you get back from school just make sure none is following you when you are alone.
