My Legs are so much bigger than everyone elses. im not just saying it either, i try on trousers my size and they fit all but the top of my legs.
i use my running machine and cut down on food but it only loses weight on my stomach.

please help i really need to know how to lose some of my leg weight.

I'm 5 ft. 4 inches and I weigh 114 lbs. I do a lot of sports (tennis, swimming and I also go jogging) but I guess I don't eat so well. I eat too much sweets and other junk foods. I tried to cut these foods out once but I ended up feeling really down (I guess I just need the sugar).
What should I do?

ive tried starving myself for a little while, then i heard about the "starvation mode" thing so i stopped, and now i really need to lose weight!!! help help help... im uhhhh 5"6 or 7 and 127 maybe more... help help help!!!

i am 16, 140pounds and 5'2.5" my goal weight is 118 by Feb 9th.

i was thinking of consuming 1200 calories a day, and as for daily exercise, would this be okay?

10-15mins of stretching
2 miles of jogging (5-6mph)
crunches (straight through one song)
arm exercise twice (my friend showed me this. its basically a cheerlearders routine, 16 steps, and i'd be holding two 5pound weights. after doing the routine once with the weights, ur arms begin to ache, so i figured i should do it twice a day)

it takes about 30-40 mins to complete the above. its not that difficult to do i just need to stick to it.

Ok when i was growing up i had never been fat i always be skinny... but i started graining weight at the age 11 and now im 14 and i am truly over weight i weigh 212 pounds i have tried to get on a diet but i can't seem to stick to it because i love food and all i want to do is eat and when i was on the diet i would do it for a cuple of days and then i will start getting lazy... I get really depress because i am over weight and guy don't seem to like me because of my weight i have a very beautiful face but my body is not so nice please help me

work out and watch what i eat but then i never keep it up long enough to lose weight... i have no self confidence and i hate looking in the mirror but that isnt motivation enought i guess... =/ any suggestions?

I always say I will do it this time. But I always end up messing up after a couple days.
I am always hungry no matter what. I also always look for what is quickest.
If I dont see instant results I give up.
I only need to lose about 30 lbs. I would like to lose about 50 though. I am 5 ft 4 in and 160 lbs. I would like to be 110-120 lbs.

my sister is 330 pounds and thinks slim fast is the answer... some girl she knows used it and lost 100 pounds in 7 months and now my sis thinks it is a good idea. But now that girl is on Stacker 2, and i think that has alot to do with her weight loss... so should she go on slim fast or not?

I was born small, and so i know i am gonna be small. but everytime i eat, it shows at my stomach and my legs. i want to gain weight in my upper area, like my chest and arms, and i want to lose some weight in my lower area, but i want to do this in the most healthy way. so please help!!!!!

i bought these fat free no sugar added vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt and its 90 calories per 1/2 a cup with 23 carbs per serving. i had a cup and thats 180 calories with 46 carbs added up. im on a 1200 calorie a day diet, im 18 years old and 148lbs. i want to lose weight but im just wondering should i control my intake of carbs? how many carbs should i have a day? i know these carbs turn into fat but im hoping if i have it in moderation it wont. what do i do? cut it out completely?

Last year i lost about 45 pounds from probably not eating a lot i was really concerned about food and i counted calories for a while in april i started to binge and i have now not been able to stop the weird thing is i have only gained back like 9 lbs during all those months i really want to stop but every time i try it doesnt realy work i did not binge for 17 days in december but once christmas rolled around i couldnt stop eating goodies i want to stop eating so terribely but if i eat just one "bad thing" like fat free frozen yogurt it leads to 12 other things i then eat how can i stop this and i just eat everything and say i will start tomoorow so ill shove it all in now i am only 16 almost 17 i weigh like 150 i was like 140 when i liked what i weighed please help no one nows that i do this and i would like to keep it this way

I've been working out for a 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any changes. Does it take longer to notice any changes in muscle mass? I'm just a typical teenager (16 yeares old) trying to gain a little bit more muscle :P

Seriously, it's not easy finding jeans and slacks that fit right. Forget about wearing some dresses. There goes my butt sticking out all the way to the other side of the room!

K this is what I had today

2cups of whole grain cereal
175 gram organic vanilla yogurt
2 oranges
1 apple
1 whole grain bagel with hazelnutbutter
1 and 1/3 cup of dry whole kamut pasta with natural tomatoe sauce and permesian cheese

honestly it may not seem like a lot but read the portions..omg i need portion control

will i gain weight?

i'm 95 pounds 5 feet
