I can see a lot of folks had a good time with your question. Being serious though, your 13 and weigh 105 don't worry about your thighs. You probably look great and are in fine shape. Hit the books and exercise your brain. It will do you a lot more good in the long run. Take care. Enjoy life.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

your inner thighs are hard to loose weight off of, ive tried myself, but nothing was working, then i joined a sport (which happened to be wrestling, then rugby) just plain working out can be boring but if you join a fun sport, not only will you be working out but having fun.
if thats not for you start by doing 10 squats before you go to sleep at night and every 2 days add 5 more. If you dont know what a squat is which you prolly do then look it up on google.

You can run,I've been doing that for a while now,and that seems to be working.
Running is probably the best thing you can do for that.(As far as I know.)
I run on a treadmill.
Plus it tones your body.
But if your like me,and have the attention span of a fish,
running outside will keep you more entertained.lOl.
You could also try swimming, that tones your body as well.
Plus -to me- it's alot more fun than running.
