ive tried starving myself for a little while, then i heard about the "starvation mode" thing so i stopped, and now i really need to lose weight!!! help help help... im uhhhh 5"6 or 7 and 127 maybe more... help help help!!!

You are actually about the right weight. Perhaps you just need to do some toning exercise or aerobics to feel more fit and tone your muscles.

excersize and eat healthy
starving is going to make ur body save ur fat
so like the little bit that you do eat will be stored since ur body would have figured out its not gonna get much to eat
so starving in turn makes u fatter
just excercise
like go on a walk and stuff
join a gym
and eat good foods
liek healthy veggies and stuff

Your Body Mass Index is 20.5. According to the chart at the website below you do not need to lose weight.
BMI's below 18.5 is underweight.
BMI's 18.5-24.9 is NORMAL
BMI's 25-29.9 is overweight
BMI's 30 and up is obese
