I always say I will do it this time. But I always end up messing up after a couple days.
I am always hungry no matter what. I also always look for what is quickest.
If I dont see instant results I give up.
I only need to lose about 30 lbs. I would like to lose about 50 though. I am 5 ft 4 in and 160 lbs. I would like to be 110-120 lbs.

You don't need to eat less to lose weight... Alot of the time the metabolism will slow down if you eat less and the body will store fat because it thinks you are starving...

If you eat 3 to 4 meals a day.. salads or whatever just not junk food and foods high in fat. Then your set..

Goto the Gym for 15 to 30 min a day just make 15 min is the minimum you'll go for.. if ya can go try walking around the block or doing some sit-up and jump jacks at home any kinda excercise helps... This will help ya get started so that you can get motivated once your motivated and start seeing results you will start pushing yourself hard and see even better results!

Don't go on a diet. They don't work.
You need to change your eating habits. You need to look at what you eat, work out what is good and what is bad. You need to eat less fattening foods and more filling foods.
Combine a healthy eating pattern with regular exercise and you will loose weight, tone up and look and feel better about yourself.

30lbs is a good weight to loose for someone of your height. It is achievable and you will look good as a result. It will take time. Aim to loose 1 or 2lb per week. Maybe the first couple of weeks you will loose more. However, as you tone up your muscles you will not loose so much. Despite this, you will be doing your body the world of good.

Good exercise is walking. Start going for short walks, gradually building up the distance you are walking. Maybe then you could move on to jogging. What about swimming, that is a great all round exercise. You could always join a gym. You'll get good advice from an instructor and be able to exercise in relative safety.

Food. Use low fat products where you would normally use full fat. Drink semiskimmed milk. Drink water. Cut out all high sugar drinks. Stop putting cream and sugar in your coffee. Cut out the doughnuts. Semi skimmed milk is better for you than full fat or skimmed milk. You can eat biscuits, go for oatmeal or digestives. Buy expensive biscuits (or other confectionary) and have them as a treat.

Don't buy fast food or ready meals. They are loaded with sugar / fat / salt and have 3 - 7 times as many calories as a similar home cooked meal.

Don't starve yourself. You need to eat to loose weight, remain healthy and keep the weight off for good.

You could try getting a workout buddy, that might help. Also, know that results come with time and hard work. DON'T drink soda, that will just add the pounds. Try 100 calorie packs, they come in all varieties. But the most important thing in succeeding in a workout plan is being ready for it. If your not ready for it in your mind, then you will never succeed in losing any weight or getting in shape.

Think very seriously every morning, before lunch, before going to bed, what will the results be if you don´t do it. How will you look and feel in six months, one year, two years, etc. I mean, seriously.

If you can count on someone to coach you, even a friend, that would help. You could also look for a E-forum on weight loss for support.

Good luck, it is worth it, if not only for the looks, more than anything for helth.
