I don't think you can beat Weight Watchers. It doesn't emphasize any one food, or eliminate anything, not even alcohol or candy. It emphasizes a balanced diet, portion control, drinking water, slow weight loss, exercise and journaling calories so you are aware of what you eat (most of us underestimate). It also provides support if you attend the group meetings, and I found that to be very helpful just knowing that I was accountable every week for what I lost.
If you can't go to meetings, I believe you can join Online. Or you could buy materials and information booklets at a place like Ebay. If you follow the plan you can lose consistently and if you keep it up, maintain the weight loss. I lost 60 lbs. and didn't find it hard at all. Just took some motivation .... Good luck.

Try to get equal amounts of you vitamins

For example try to get Vitamin C naturally by eating an orange or a tangerine, if you don't have any, go with Orange Juice (Get the pulp brand its MUCH healthier)

To get your Proteins try eating any meat besides Beef or anything Fried. Tuna and Chicken are good examples.

Vitamin D and Pottasium are very essentail for Bone and Muscle Growth and can help the muscles tone up after a workout- These can be found in Bannanas, Dark Cabbage, Milk, Broccolli

Fiber is a very good way to lose weight although I reccomend exercise as well. Try to get 10-15 grams of Fiber daily, replace your bread with Whole grain bread, eat cauliflower or broccolli, and basically eat any dark green vegetable.

As for the workout routine, try to do 30-45 minutes of Cardio (running or jogging),

Yoga is a good way to help relieve stress and maintain oxygen levels to help enhance a workout

Try doing Muscular Fitnesses cause Muscle Burns fat, try Sit-ups or Pushups as these can be done manually without a gym member ship or a machine.

NO PILLS

Achieve weight lose the right and healthy way through exercise and Diet. No sweets or Candies and try to get in 1 gallon of water everyday to flush your system of toxins..Happy Holidays.

I lost 48lbs in just over 5 months. I dropped 4 dress sizes.

I had tried many diets, and like many other people whilst I was on them I lost weight, but as soon as I stopped all the weight would go back on, plus more.

So I came the the conclusion that the only way is to change your eating habits and lifestyle for good. So that is just what I did.

I ate mostly (with the exception of certain foods in MODERATION ONLY).

I ate:
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables (including potatoes, pasta, brown rice), but kept them plain and simple, making sure not to smother them in butter, cream, or sauce etc, whole grains, beans & pulses, skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, coffee, tea, sugar free beverages. Only using healthy oils, (olive, sunflower, safflower, flaxseed, and rapeseed.

Drank pleny of water, cut my portion sizes down too, ate slowly and chewed my food thoroughly, stopped eating when I felt full.

I only ate in MODERATION.

Take away meals, ready made meals you buy in the supermarket, processed meats, cakes, biscuits, sweets, chocolate, sugar fizzy drinks, alcohol. Unfortunately these are all high in saturated fat, sugar and salt. These add to those unwanted pounds.

I also joined a gym. I attended 5/6 times a week for 1 hour at a time, (and still do). I know this helped acellerated my weight loss and now it helps to maintain it.

I walked whenever I could. Exercise is really important. The more you move the better.

But in order to keep the weight off (which I have managed to do with ease). You have to change your eating habits and lifestyle for good, or for as long as you wish to keep the weight off.

The results are absolutely amazing. Not only do you look better, but you feel so much better. You have more energy, you can move more easily too. My blood pressure came down drastically, and so did my cholesteral.

I wish you lots of luck in your quest to lose weight. Hope you have a Happy New Year.
