Hi, i started the LA Weight Loss Centers Program about 9 weeks ago. So far, i lost 10 pounds off of 187.8 lbs. So i am now 177 lbs, but still have no stamina or energy to do exercices. I have a stepper at home that i use every 2 days, but i can't use it for more than 5 minutes. My body gets sore very easily and has no endurance for pain. (Childbirth was a blast!) I am seeking help from you guys to give me detailed exercices (how to do them and what it does) so i can up my weight loss and gain energy and endurance. Thanks alot for your help. The following is my routine:
Dumbbell press 3 sets of 8 (3x8 hereon) (shoulders)
Dumbbell Rows 3x10 (Upper Back)
Dumbbell Curls 3x12 (Biceps)
Dumbbell Tricep extension 3x8 (Triceps)
Dumbbell Squats 3x12 (Legs, Butt)
Dumbbell Flyes 3x12 (Chest)
Dumbbell Shrugs 3x10 (Upper Back)
Hammer Curls 3x10 (Forearms, Biceps)
I do all these things along with 25 minutes treadmill after I finish
the above routine,6 days per week.
My doubt is how many reps and sets should I be doing?
How to know the correct weight to lift(I am afraid of both extremes-either low weight or overweight,so need optimal weight)?
My aim is to get a body like models and not bulking.I am 28 years male-5"7-150 pounds-only have belly and not plump-and i also do abs 3 days/week.

Yeah like i said. Some of it's muscle. I don't have fat under my neck or face its just I need to know other wise ..lol.

I'm so obsessed of losing weight,
i receive almost 6-10 emails a day related to diet and fitness, i log on diet and fitness (YA) almost everyday. i look at victoria's secret models every single day wspecially gisele :* (former VS model) also petra nemcova, anyhoo! when i see chocolate or anything very indulging i cant help myself! i forget everything from the models to that i'm ON A DIET AND THIS IS GONNA RUIN IT, to everything, i'm just ''in'' the moment and eat that food and then i crave even more!!??? help me !!!
