Drink water, as much as possible, try just broth or soup for a while to sustain you. Walk for exercise, 20 min a day will be good. until you feel better and then return to the healthy diet 5 servings of veggies, 5 of fruit whole grain bread or cereal chicken and fish for protein low fat dairy products New Year is coming Have a few treats, but do not over do it again. Happy New Year

Drink water and go for a long run, or do anything to where you break a good sweat and raise your heart rate.

first start drinking alot of water. cut back on the eatting. we all do that at this time of year. so your not alone. take care
