Every thing without adding salt.
Most vegetables taste very good without salt, but you can sprinkle spices after microwaving or or boiling, if you sorted them then spices can be included in the process.
Same with meat, poultry and fish.
No salt means, "No Sodium". Salt is sodium chloride, there are salt substitute that give flavour of the salt, you can use them too, if you are stuck on the salty items. But must be clear by a doctor. Dash is the bran Name, it is herbal preparation that you can sprinkle.
Chemically most salts are obtain by mixing An Acid and a base, it forms solid at the bottom in most cases, which is salty in taste in some case but chemically they are call salts. Some can be use for human consumption and some are very deadly to human.
NaCl is the common salt and you cannot use it, or are on salt free diet.
Your doctor should have given you a name or two of locally available substitute for salt.
If you must have this flavour then call the office and have the doctor give you the recommend substitute.
Most food naturally contain some amount of salt in them,so doctor should have given you a list of food to avoid also but if that list was not given then you can have this foods without adding salt to it at preparation or on the table, but do check with your doctor.
