which do u prefer? i dated alot of girls that were really small that preferred fat semi bald guys

(im the opposite with big muscular shoulders and no belly fat)

i've been doin about 300 push ups a day 50 chin ups i've doing this routine for about 4 months my forearms is still about 5in around at the widest area ( i'm only 12 )
is there any other exersies that would make my forearms bigger??

I'm not anorexic or anything, im 13, and if i eat healthy and exercise, i usually lose 3 pounds in a day. People say thats too much, is it because im still young?

I am trying to help my husband lose about 20 pounds. He has been working out for weeks, but doesn't seem to be losing any weight. I finally realized it is because of the food I have been feeding him. Please help me help him!

My mom cooked everything in butter, and I do too. I love frying food. I love avocado. I don't know how to cook low in calories. I have a fast metabolism, I am actually underweight! I eat junk. I need to help us both be healthy.

In other words, please help me plan a menu!

4 years ago I weighed 155 lb. and wore size 13 paints, so I started a low calorie diet and joined a gym for exercise. I would only eat 1200 calories/day and I would do 5 min of cardio to warm up and followed with 30 min of weight light weight lifting then returned to cardio for 20 min. at that time, I lost 35 lbs. in 4 mos, but due to school, work, and money I had to quit going to the gym, but i kept up with the diet and got as low as 110 lbs. But even at 110 lb. I was in a size 5 in paints, but my legs (my problem area) still looked chunky(cellulite). was it because i didn't keep up with the exercise just diet. since then i have gotten fat and lazy. Im at 135 lbs. and into a size 9 paints, so last week I rejoined the gym and back on the low cal diet and I know I can loose weight that way cuz i have done it before, but this time I want to tighten up and not be so jiggly!! Now i do 10 min cardio and 40 min weight lifting. whats the best way to loose weight/tone w/o getting big muscles?

It makes more sense that stretch marks would disappear with weight loss. After all, your skin has less mass to cover; thus, it does not expand as much. Therefore, my question is: do stretch marks sometimes disappear with weight loss?

wats the best exercise i can do with eating healthy in order to get a flat stomach..i have a small waist and the only fat seems to be stored in my midsection and i want to get rid of it. im doing reglar cardio and have started a healthy eating plan. is this enough.. and the cardio i do is mostly jogging..is this the right exercise..thanks

i was exercising (im trying to lose weight) and when i went and watched tv for 15 min i had consume a whole lot of chocolate half a pear and a peice of bread, now i want more but the only thing thats stopping me is me writting this,
will keeping myself entertained by drawing or schoolwork will help

I'm a swimmer. I swim 4x a week(unless its a holiday or i'm sick) for 2hrs a day. i also walk to the pool and back(about a mile round trip).

Like most of the girls on my team, i'm slight. UNLIKE most of them, i'm also very tall for a 14-and-under. I'm about 5'7-5'8 and maybe 140lb(give or take).

I don't stop going unless i'm really sick or hurt...so i'll show up when i've got an annoying cold or if my arm hurts a little.

I am NOT anarexoic! I do have trouble eating more than a small meal in a sitting, so i generally eat 4-5x a day to compensate for that.

Am i paticulary at risk for getting sick? I've read of something that can happen to female athleats that makes u really sick....

Ok so I own the advanced dvd taebo workout. And I have been doing it 3 or 4 times a week now. And I have not notcied any results yet. I dont know but I am trying to lose wiehgt as hard as I can. After I do taebo I do some crunches for my abs. And I drink plenty of water also. I am 5'2 and weigh between 115-120 pounds. And yes I do eat healthy. But I think I gained a few pounds during christmas. Yeah so I am trying to lose it. So I have been doing taebo alot. So does taebo really work?? I mean have any of you tryed it?? And I do sweat alot during taebo but I still think I am fat!

Hi, first off i have nothing against fat people. I was watching this show the other night about really fat ( young ) girls and boys who were doing rallys outside big brand stores asking for bigger size clothes.
But the way i look at it shouldnt that be a massage to you to lose weight
