do we get any extra protiens and stuff if we eat raw vegetables .Tell me more advantages of eating raw vegetables and disadvantages eating cooked vegetables

Yes there are more vitamins in raw veggies. Steaming is good.
Boiling leaches the vitamins out of the veggies and gets dumped out with the water.

Cooked vegetables are easier to eat and digest. We do get certain extra nutrients as a result. But raw vegetables have certain vitamins that are destroyed in the cooking process.

All vegetables are good, but when you cook veggies you run the risk of "cooking out" a lot of the nutrients. Steamed veggies are great, but if you boil vegetables, some of the "good stuff" is transferred into the water you cook them in, which you eventually pour down the drain.
