i have not read the entire book but i have read some reviews and just a portion of it. i am looking forward to reading it, though. i have a teacher who married a French guy and it is true that they eat slowly. and a meal last for 2 hours. complete with every course of the meal. but also, it might depend on our metabolism. or you can blame genetics.

I never read it because I had a French teacher in school (from France) and she was fat!

well, there are 2 french women who come into where i work. they obviously have not read that book.

I just googled it, it's very interesting, I still think that they is more pressure in France because of thin models, the fashion industry, etc;

it was pretty good,it just describes how the french eat small portions,and healthy foods that are natural

uhmm because they eat in moderation i think thats accurate.
but i do have a french teacher and she is gignormous.
but shes like polish.
