Hi Well I wanted to knok what exercises could give me a six pack I have been doing Crunches and leg raises and my stomach has goten firmer after a wk but I really want abs like this http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee107/lauren_pinks2/Britney%20Spears/115-1.jpg ....Thanks

Try to get a personal trainer because then they can tell what you need to work on. Also it keeps you in great shape everywhere on your body. Warning: they can sometimes be expensive.

Well, I'm a track sprinter and I could tell you me abs routine. Every day I do 150 normal crunches, 150 reverse crunches, and 150 oblique crunches. That's it. Just do that once a day, every day, and you will have abs in no time. It gave me a pretty defined sixpack, so unless you want that kind of definition, cut back on the reps and number of days you do it. But the harder you work at it, the better it will be. i have abs. i play soccer so almost every practice we have 2 do 800 crunches and other ab exercises and eat right. To get abs, lower bf by eating right, cardio exercises like jogging, walking, and running, and ab exercises. but ab exersizes like leg lifts and crunches are only a small part.

You will need someone else to help you with this one but it really works well. It is called resistance training.
Lay flat on the floor and have someone stand above you with their feet above your shoulders. Hold on to their ankles and raise your legs together as high as you can and have the other person push your legs back down.... DONT LET YOUR LEGS TOUCH THE FLOOR... and raise them back up...its the whole point of the exercise not to touch the floor. You can have the person push your legs to the sides to tone your waistline too.
The harder they push your legs down... the more belly fat you'll lose... but dont let your legs touch the floor.
