Ok so I own the advanced dvd taebo workout. And I have been doing it 3 or 4 times a week now. And I have not notcied any results yet. I dont know but I am trying to lose wiehgt as hard as I can. After I do taebo I do some crunches for my abs. And I drink plenty of water also. I am 5'2 and weigh between 115-120 pounds. And yes I do eat healthy. But I think I gained a few pounds during christmas. Yeah so I am trying to lose it. So I have been doing taebo alot. So does taebo really work?? I mean have any of you tryed it?? And I do sweat alot during taebo but I still think I am fat!

Well at that height and weight you are not fat.

Taebo would be excellent to tone up all of your muscles.

Eating a little less will help with some weight loss. Walking
quickly one to two miles a day will help also.

We speed walk one and one half to two miles a day. It really helps keep you toned and control those extra calories.

5' 2" and 115-120 lbs, and you aren't losing weight no matter how much you exercise, you probably don't need to lose any weight. Your exercising and eating habits should now be focused on maintaining your weight, not trying to change your weight.
