People's weight fluctuates 2-4lbs daily. It really doesn't have anything to do with losing fat, it's about losing and gaining water from being asleep for hours and losing water then waking up and eating/drinking fluids.

That is hard to believe. You are saying that if you started out weighing 120 pounds then in a month and a half you will weigh nothing? Or are you saying that you have on some days appeared to lose 3 pounds. If it is that second situation I would say you are losing water by sweating and peeing and it comes back as soon as you drink 3 pints of water so you can lose it the next day again.

Like chris said. You are probably losing water weight. Also, your weight depends on the time of day. The gravitational pull the sun/earth has changes during the day. The may weigh 118 pounds in the morning and then 121 pounds later that afternoon. On top of that, going the bathroom can change your weight too.

If you are loosing 3 pounds every day, then you are dying. But if it happens once every week or two, then it is most likely water weight, or when ever you go to the bathroom, you obviously weigh less after your done.
If you have constapation (when you cant go to the bathroom because your stool is to hard) then your stool will store up, until you happen to drink a lot of water, or take a constapation medicine, then all of it will come out, and you will think you lost like 5 pounds.

Hope that helped!

You probably have a fast metabolism. There's nothing wrong with it unless you get "sick skinny". You know, when you are so skinny people think you are sick. You are still young and young people metabolisms are like that plus, you just say you eat healthy.
Again, if you think that's way too much weight to be loosing, go to your doctor, he is the one with the best answer after all.

if you don't gain the weight back, that's weird. You'd eventually die if you really lose 3 pounds a day. If you weigh in the morning, then at night, there will be a difference in what the scale says. Merryhaunachristmakwanzaaka!

It's too much if you keep losing it at that rate all the time. If it's just your first couple days of eating right and exercising, then it's probably just water weight. Plus, make sure you weigh yourself at the same time every day since your weight can flucuate thruoughout the day. I weigh myself in the a.m. before eating or drinking anything.

Nothing wrong with you!

I can lose 5 pounds a day from morning to night just in water.

Anybody with focus can do that. It doesn't work long term. The first 10 or 15 pounds will come off easily. You wouldn't be able to keep that pace up for 2 weeks, for instance.

This depends on body structure also. Probabely Your body structure is like this. I am also of heavy weighted, although I take meal only two times a day and thats 200-300 gms only but weight does not come down. I have finally known it. So, keep the workout continue, have the balanced diet and forget the rest.
