Agree with Lina

Eat less, do more...get off your fatass, walk, climb stairs, anything other than the nothing you've been doing.

Have a cookie or two if you want cookies. NOT the WHOLE bag. Have some chips if you want, NOT the WHOLE bag.

Vegies! Dance! Clean house! Play outside....oh, that was lost when technology came along.

Apologies for my bluntness. As mentioned by L, you have to live the life, not just expect instant gratification of loosing a few pounds, just to revert to your old habits and put it back on again.

First off, have you talked with your doc about this? He/She would be the best person to give you advice on this subject because he knows your medical history. If you have already gotten the okay from your doc, then a good diet is going to be the first place to start. I don't have any advice on the type of diet, as again, I think your doc should tell you. Good Luck!

it's simple:
1. stop eating junk. junk includes: all cookies, sweets, SODAS, FAST FOOD, pizzas, fries, and basically anything that isnt freshly cooked
2. do a sport. you CAN NOT just rely on dieting to lose weight. any diet you see doens't magically work overnight. you need to need to need to combine it with exersize.
it's good that you've decided to lose weight, but remember, it's not just a one month thing. it's a lifestyle that you have to commit to. you basically have to change all of your eating habbits.
