i was exercising (im trying to lose weight) and when i went and watched tv for 15 min i had consume a whole lot of chocolate half a pear and a peice of bread, now i want more but the only thing thats stopping me is me writting this,

yeh i only like to eat or munch when i am in front of the tv i am in the same mess as you are but i want to change my habits so i am going to this gym that has a indoor swimming pool and AFTER the new year i will become a member so can lose some weight

one thing i could advise is try not to keep things in your house that are bad for you, that way, when you get the urge to eat, your options will be limited. now that is only part of it. 2nd part is to stop yourself from buying things that are bad for you when you are out or at the store! good luck. it's not easy. try an appetite suppressant (they don't work for me, but they might work for you); try to eat slowly when you do eat. try to fill up on liquids, water and juice.
