i am 11 yrs. old, and weigh 108 lbs. i am 5'4, and most of my wheight is carried below my hips, so my stomach is relativly flat.

•walking up and down the stairs
•30min. or more on the treadmill
•squats are good for thighs and butt also
•stay away from junk food and soda
•drink a lot of water

I noticed my butt getting smaller when I started riding my bike every day. that will also help your thighs. you are a good wieght for you height, so you probably don't have to worry about it. just eat right and get daily exercise.

Walking or hiking. But being 11 you shouldn't be worried about your weight.
