It depends on if you are going to use weights in your training but you can try hammer bicep curls. There are also a variety of excercises that will target that area.

There's a special device that helps do this. It's a weight attached to a wooden or a steel rod through a rope.

You stand on a stool or a high surface and twist the round handle to lift the weight then slowly release the same to lower it.

Remember, to keep the weight very less when initially trying.

Good luck.

Jerry,
Have you heard of wrist curls
you have a dumbell in each hand
grasping them and flexing to you
Reverse wrist curls
repeat the process except
if you are sitting down
have your hands forearms rest on
your lap and lift up palms towards lap
If you start with weights start with a lighter one gradually moving up.
It takes time to get in shape don't try to do too much
Listen to your body

This exercise works wonders!
~Sit on a chair or bench.
~Rest your left elbow on top of your left thigh.
~Pick up a dumbbell that is slightly "heavy" for you with your right hand and place it in your left. (Personally, I use 15-20 lbs).
~Grip the dumbbell tightly and slowly turn your wrist until the dumbbell is parallel to the floor. Twist it back where the dumbbell is perpendicular to the floor. Then turn it the other way so it's parallel to the floor again.
(For example, in the starting position, the bottom of your fist is pointing towards the floor. In position two, the palm-side of your hand is facing the floor and in position three the back of your hand is pointing to the floor).
~Do one set of 20 "twists" on each arm. Gradually work your way up to 2 and 3 sets.
Good luck!
