I'm 5 ft. 4 inches and I weigh 114 lbs. I do a lot of sports (tennis, swimming and I also go jogging) but I guess I don't eat so well. I eat too much sweets and other junk foods. I tried to cut these foods out once but I ended up feeling really down (I guess I just need the sugar).
What should I do?

You don't need to lose weight. Eat a well balanced diet with losts of fruit and vegetables, teens usually skimp on that.

No, you should be around 120 pounds. That's just average. You're still very healthy.

I'm 5'3 and 108. I'm very very healthy.
