maybe the you need to pull yourself away from eating the type of foods you are eating and start walking with speed to help out with the weight gain in your legs and honey you just might have to live with being small up top I have a sister that has the biggest onion butty, nice thighs, and the smallest waistline, and very small ****,but that does not stop no show with her because guys really dig that body frame that she has so please do not start hatting on yourself God made you that way for a reason because he makes no mistakes please believe!

Hi there,

this means that you are 'apple shaped'. To compensate you should do some stomach strengthening exercises and check your posture. Strong abs will keep this in check as will squats and running for your bum and legs.

do lots of small but repetitive exercises on your upper body to tone your muscles for definition rather than bulk..

Try cutting down on wheat and gluten which can make you bloat in the stomach area, and generally get to know what to wear to flatter your shape. Empire lines and V necks are good.

Love yourself too confidence and self respect are the most noticable things about a woman!

It is impossible when eating a meal that it is instantly visible on your body, it takes time to be converted to body fat. Also you cannot determine what area of the body will lose fat when you diet. It will be lost all over in fairly equal amounts. You can tone certain areas by doing specific exercise, so maybe that is really what you want to do, since you say you are not fat.

Just stay as you are at the moment. You are still young. Look into it later on.
When I was 16 someone called me thin and said that I would slip down the nearest drain if I stood sideways. I can tell you will complete honesty I wish someone would say that to me now, I am almost double the weight I was then.
So wait and see how things develop. You will be at your peak at about 18, 19, 20. Good Luck

I'm size 6 age 24 I hate it.

I have a high metabolism and what ever I do I can't gain weight.

Honestly don't go on a diet yet. :)

i know you've heard it all before but water washes all the toxins and bad stuff out of your stomach. eating a balenced meal little and often throughout the day is best, to prevent you from being bloated.... all you need to do is tone up. no gaining or losing weight; just do some crunches every day and do some weight training. :D hope i help

do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exersise a day, lift weights, multiply your weight by ten. for example if you weigh 140 multiply that by 10 = 1400. You have to consume that amount of calories or less to loose weight. also do cruncjes lunges or squats to tone your stomache and thighs. To build your upper body lift free weight alot!

Go to the gym and lift weights to work out your arms and chest. Do crunches to get rid of belly fat. It might just be your body type. There is a book called "it right for your body type" check it out.

Work out 20 minutes a day and cut out soda-you can try the Best Life Diet. It's not really a diet(sounds like you don't need one anyway) it's a way of eating healthier : )

workout the top of your body.
swimming broadens your back and arm muscles so thats a consideration.
and running might be good because it tones abs, butts, and legs[espacially calves].
but go at the workouts slow because you can get injjured more severely if you just jump into it and thats not healthy. take it easy and start out with small amounts and work up.
