Congratulations on your weight loss. I am sure you feel much better, and should also be proud of yourself.
First, fat free frozen yogurt is not a bad food, no food really is if eaten in moderation. And that seems to be your problem. Why not continue to count calories and measure portions for a while. Then allow yourself a day off every week so that you can have some treats, like frozen yogurt and not feel guilty. If a holiday or event is coming up, eat smaller portions for a few days prior and then you may not feel as bad about eating more.
Many people allow one instance of over-eating to discourage them and so they throw up their hands and quit the entire diet, what they should do is forget it and go back to the diet the next day. Examine what the circumstances are that lead you to binge and try to change them, or avoid those situations.

I don't know you might need to try to find some other kind of obssession so that you don't think about food sounds like your addicted to goodies... Try running alot some people get addicted to exercise. When ya think about food make yourself do 10 push-ups. After a while you might not want to eat because you don't wanna do the 10 push-ups.
