Were you depressed when you were eleven? That might have caused you to eat to stop the pain of being depressed. Try not to eat because that is not helping. First try to eliminate any fried food form your diet and remove all the unhealthy food in the fridge and the cabinets. Second you should not drink and soft drinks and more because the are not helping in anyway. Then you should drink more water. You should also eat less instead of eating 3 meals a day eat 4-6 meal a day. SMALL MEALS. Dont eat red meat and fried food eat more vegetables and chicken and fish becasue the help more to your health. Next you should excersice not sit on the coach and eat while watching tv. Like on some commercials they say stop sitting and start running. YOu should walk or run at least 1 hour a day so the heart and beat faster. Or you can walk 15,000 steps. YOu can walk and sit every once a while like get those meters so you can measure how many steps. You should follow these steps and stick to them you are bound to lose weight. I hope YOU LOSE weight!!!=)

I know you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Do you have a close friend who can help you cope with this issue? That could make all the difference. I know if you find a schedule to guide you and a reasonable diet to follow, you will succeed. Did you see Biggest Loser? Some of those people lost incredible amounts of weight, and they looked so much better and felt so much better. Please talk to someone at school, like your school nurse, who can get you started in the right direction. You have to have the will to succeed and you will succeed. Good luck.
