i think you should go to GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe and ask someone who works there, they are more knowledgeable about this sorta thing. however, i do not think it would be a big deal. it is in fact, just protein and the amino acids help develop muscle when working out. i think you just need to make sure you're active and not just taking protein shakes for the hell of it.

use them for what? if you want to drink a shake with protein powder there isn't too much bad about that, just make sure you don't use too much protein it isn't good for your kidneys and has lots of calories.

Only drink them if you work out. My brother is 15 and he drinks them , But ONLY when he works out. He will drink them before or after. I'm not sure. But I don't know any links. It's safe to drink... I reccomend getting the chocolate or vanilla flavor :)

I have my son on them and he is 15 but they do need to be used with caution at your age. You don't say what reason you need to take these as my son is on them due to being very slight for his age and the sport that he does.

its not bad, just don't drink those drinks that supposidly help you loose weight. Those are very shady, but protein drinks should be fine. Do you mean like Vitamin water or something?
