If you can take yogurt and you like it, just eat it one of the days and cut down a bit the next day to even it up.
Anything in moderation, that's how it works. Keep up the good work.

Losing weight is strictly a "calorie-in, calorie-out" calculation. If you eat more calories, you have to exercise to burn those calories. If you burn the carbs before they turn into fat, it won't make any difference. Carbs are easier to burn because it requires 4 calories of energy to burn a single gram of carbohydrate. If that is not burned and it is then turned into fat, it will then require you to burn 7 calories to burn each gram of fat. I don't think you need to worry about eating a little bit of extra carbs, as long as you exercise more.

Also, 1200 calories per day is not very much. You might be better off with about a 1500 calorie/day diet. If your body needs 2000 calories/day to maintain itself, cutting back by 500 calories/day will mean that you would lose one pound each week. That's 4 pounds each month. It's not as dramatic as losing 20 pounds in a week, like the commercials say, but it is safer, and you are more likely to keep the weight off. When people lose weight too quickly, they almost always gain it right back.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

on a 1200 calorie diet, carbs should be kept to less than 400 calories, or 1/3 of your total intake.
