I've been working out for a 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any changes. Does it take longer to notice any changes in muscle mass? I'm just a typical teenager (16 yeares old) trying to gain a little bit more muscle :P

If you're only 16, you may not have gotten far enough into puberty to have enough testosterone to seriously build muscle.

Be sure to eat more food to feed and build your muscles, especially protein. It's also very important that you eat a protein-rich snack (eggs, milk, meat, etc.) within an HOUR after your workout. This is crucial muscle repair time.

It will probably take longer than two weeks to see visible changes, it doesn't happen overnight. Everyones metabolism is much the same correcting for body size and activity level. It is largely fiction that some people have sluggish metabolism. Building muscle requires the muscle to be stessed, and in response it grows larger. Use heavy weight in sets, and increase the weight as it becomes easier.
