I'm not overweight and I don't have any health problems, but I do want to cut back on the sugars. How much healthier is honey than regular old sugar? Is it really worth making the switch?

Granulated sugar is a negative food. it has no nutrients in it. honey has lot going for it . It is worse for your teeth of you do not brush regularly. bears are the only animals with dental problems, They eat honey.

honey is a natural sugar. It never goes bad. Honey will keep for ever.

nope, they are chemically identical and the body treats them both in exactly the same manner.
