K this is what I had today

2cups of whole grain cereal
175 gram organic vanilla yogurt
2 oranges
1 apple
1 whole grain bagel with hazelnutbutter
1 and 1/3 cup of dry whole kamut pasta with natural tomatoe sauce and permesian cheese

honestly it may not seem like a lot but read the portions..omg i need portion control

will i gain weight?

i'm 95 pounds 5 feet

OMG you ate all that! watch the pounds go on.

I dont take notice of portion sizes. i just know what im eating is right. seem to be keeping the weight off.

You are right. Portion control is everything when you want to avoid gaining weight, or to lose for that matter. It is the main reason people are overweight. What you have eaten is no reason to panic, but it is heavy on carbohydrates, and needs more fresh fruit/veg. (5-9 servings daily) and protein.
Here are some handy portion sizes.
1/2 cup is a serving of most vegetables and canned fruit.
one slice of bread (bagels = 2 servings)
1 medium fruit is a serving
palm-size portion = 1 serving of meat

Seriously, if that's all you ate in an entire day, and you think you ate too much, then you may be in danger of developing an eating disoder. Go see a doctor.

You won't gain weight, and stop indulging before you get an eating disorder. What you ate is really healthy, and you are really tiny. Get over yourself.

You should try a medicine who makes you eat less and you don't need to do more than just feel better day by day.
