in order to gain weight and be healthy it will have to be muscle weight and not fat weight which is all anyone has told you how to do. Continue to eat like you have been doing and start a weight training (use your muscles) program. If you just want to be FAT follow the directions everyone else gave you.

You need to eat more calories. Perhaps try 2500 calories per day and weigh in your weight each week. Don't just jump from how ever many you eat up to some higher amount though. Find out how many calories you need to sustain your weight (find a calculator on google) and add 500 more calories to that total. You'll safely add a pound a week.

You are a teenager. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it is difficult to lose this fat later.

Hi Beana what matters in eating is "eat good than eating a lot!" i would suggest you to go to a health club and work out good. working out well in a gym not only help you to lose weight, but also help you to be healthy. if you start going to gym, it will help your digestion and good metabolism. it will result in you developing a healthy look with pleasant and fleshy look than pencil thin sick look! All the best!

Eat at Denny's every night. Assuming you survive the massive amount of sugar and insulin put into your bloodstream you'll see your weight skyrocket in no time.

Gaining weight isn't hard, you just eat more. You might try to add a protein drink also.
