Okay so there's this boy, and I have liked him for a while, and he is my best friends older brother. Of course she doesn't approve of us, and I thought that he didn't like me and that I didnt have a chance. But it turns out he does. My friend got over it, but then I started having people tell me that after he walked me to my class, he would be with another girl. I confronted him and he said it wasn't true. I asked one of my good friends who know's him if he is with alot of girls and she said he was, so I told him that we were better off as friends. A couple of weeks later he kissed me, let me remind you that I really do like this guy, and I kissed him back. And now I don't know what to do. Should I believe him, or the other people. Also he is kind of fast paced for my taste, and sometimes it makes me uncomfortable. Please don't answer with something sarcastic or smart ass, I don't need judgemental people!

Alright I've noticed alot of girls on here... That are single for the most part can't decide whether or not a guy likes her, or if they should tell they guy they like her... I mean as a guy I think if a girl likes me she should show it so I can make a move.. or tell me so I can do something about it.

So my question is ... as a girl do you feel like it's a guys job to approach you or notice you... ? If you expect him to notice you what do you do to make him notice you?

Another thing too.. I saw alot of questions with girls and guys saying she/he didn't call me... should I call them... It sounds like some kinda game to me why not just treat them like you do your friends? Call em when ya wanna hang out or talk, miss the call and they didn't call ya back? Why not just call em back tomorrow?

Okay, we've been together a yr and a half tommorow. Its not like a treat her badly or anything,..I treat her like a goddess. I get her everything I can get and give her everything i have. I love her to death and always am there for her... We havn';t had sex(15) and her dad knows that....however....he still hates me.... I think its my neighborhood but I dont live in a bad neighborhood. Just not as nice.as hers....
How do I get the dad to like me?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a couple of years. I have never cheated on him, but he has been accusing me of it off and on for about a year now.

I am to the point now where I feel like I might as well go ahead and do it if I am being accused. I know that is not a good attitude to have, but I am only human.

I have also heard that if someone is constantly accusing you of cheating, they are probably the one who is guilty.

What have you done in a situation like this?

I hate to sound conceited, but it's the truth.
I came here because I don't want it to sound like I'm bragging or anything..

So... I get asked out on a pretty regular basis (at least once a week).
I'm tierd of it.
I don't like it at all.

I am not a flirtacious girl, you might even call me shy.
I don't persue any of these guys in any affect and I have NO IDEA why they keep asking me out.
I can't seem to have a guy friend unless he has a gf and that is completely ridiculas.

I want to know how to make them stop without being mean.

Here is my issue..... Every year my parents choose to invite all their friends to Christmas dinner. In addition, last year they invited all the extended family too, that I might add, brought all their crazy boyfriends. I have asked my mother to just have our family for Christmas day, so that we (Meaning, my brothers family and mine) can have a quiet, special Christmas. I have been asking this for years. This year was supposed to be the year. Or so I was told by my mother. She now claims that because of her being sick and having to take pain medication for a bad ear infection, that she doesn't remember ever having our conversation about it. Even if it were the case, I have asked every year.I just found out that she invited her friends AGAIN. I had to say to her," We respectfully decline your invitation this year." Now I am getting the third degree from my father.Things seem like they will never change. They won't take our feelings or my brothers family's into account. Should I go?

I have a mother that I truely love very much and all she does is talk about my grandmother, uncle and yes, even her own daughter's all the time. I believe she suffer's from bi-polar. The problem is she never stops bad mouthing everyone. Everytime she calls it downing someone. Sad to say it's mostly family. Now Christmas is 4 days away and my grandmother wants nothing to do with her anymore or my uncle even my brother-n-law. The family always got together every holiday season and my sister calls me and tells me everything she is saying about us. My nerves are shot. I'm on xanax now. I'm the softhearted one of the family and I actually had to block her number from reaching me anymore. it's hurts me to do this but my health is being affected now. Is this wrong of me to do? My poor grandmother helped her out and her son several times and this is how were all being treated. Please someone help me to make me feel better!!!

I'd like to know what others interpret this as. My husband and his ex gf have a court order regarding holidays and I'd like to know what you think this means. I ask because if we need to enforce visitation, I want to make sure we have our facts straight so we don't look like fools. Thanks!

Our order states for holidays : The parties agree to alternate holidays. The mother will have all the holidays in the even years and the father will have all the odd years

How do you interpret this? Thanks for your help!

okay at my school if your cell makes any sound they take it away and your parent has to go pick it up and pay 20 bucks if they want it back. I think its wrong, in otther schools in my hometown they just take it to the office and your parents have to pick it up without having to pay money.

I've known this girl for 2 yrs and i've liked her 4awhile now and I know she likes me becuz...
- she would stay up late to talk to me even if we argued
- she said she missed me during the summer
- she emails me & IM's me a lot
-she actually asked me whether i'd consider her to be my g/f

oh wait... She chose her cheating b/f over me...a girl whom I confided with , was there for her through thick & thin...& I can't believe shes going back to her ex...why do girls do this! I don't care if im "Just friends" with her but the fact that she lead me and lied pisses me off

Help!

Ok so i am getting married next summer (yey)
My fiance has to leave the UK for 6 months (part of his work)
I have my final university exams in about 2 weeks
My parents are driving me crazy about the wedding
and one of my so called best friends hates me because my finace propsed to me (everything good MUST happen to her first)

I am so so so stressed! What can i do to free myself from all this stress. Please don't be horrible..this i serious.

I'm being pressured to "join in" my mom's family from her 2nd marriage. I dislike her husband intensely (for good reasons) and the rest are strangers to me. I've made this clear, but still there's the pressure and guilt to come out and visit. I'm 45 and feel like I've already served my time as the "good son" in the 1st marriage. Help!

Ok, my boyfriend's dad apparently got kicked out of his wife's house, and HIS parent's house, and now is trying to come stay with me and my boyfriend. I really like his dad, but I honestly don't want him living with us. He doesn't work, he is an alcoholic, he smokes pot, and is a convicted felon! I don't want that in our home, we work too hard! Plus, I know he won't contribute to our household so we will be taking care of him while he lays around all day, and I don't want him in our house by himself when we are at work! And not only that, but he will be around 24/7 and we won't be able to go anywhere or do anything without him tagging along, which I hate! Not to mention if we get into a fight or something. I just won't be comfortable. How can I talk to my boyfriend about this, and tell him how I feel, without sounding cold and uncaring? I do feel bad for his dad, but I know he brings a lot on himself, and he shouldn't depend on his 20-year old son and me to take care of him.

He says he never feels like he has 100% of me! What the heck does that mean anyway? I do my best to be a good wife and mother.
I stay home with the kids.
I have a hot meal ready for him every night he comes home from work.
His clothes are always washed and neatly folded for him.
I keep the house clean and organized
I take care of ALL the finances (even his child support payments)
The kids are always getting the best care, fed and clean and happy.
He gets laid, not as much as he wants but a few times a week on average.
I do ALL of his shopping as far as clothes.
The house is always stocked with things we need, I stay on top of everything.

He gets sooo mad if I think an ACTOR is good looking, I mean COME ON!! I actually, out of respect for him, never ever say "Oh he's so hot!" but he'll ask me when we are watching a movie and when I say well yea sort of, he'll flip out. He'll say things like "oh you wish you were with him and you want to f*ck him, huh?"

Months back we got into this huge fight about me getting them done and he was saying no he didnt want me to get them that i was perfect the way i am.

Well I brought it up again this morning cause he read some article last night. And hes an actor working with some director who is casting some people saying all these people look good but dont have any talent. He thought to throw me in wanting to get boobs but not taking any acting classes or I dont know how to play the guitar yet. First off I'm taking time off from school to dabble in acting and take some classes and i'm going to take some guitar classes too. Anyways I told him that yeah everyone talks about how they dont like girls being fake blah blah blah but that doesnt stop them from looking and saying the girl is hot. I told him this and first thing he said was "yeah i know i love them lol"

Well I told him I was going to get them and he started going off about how they wont look right on me cause i'm petite and thin.

My boss is not nice someone at work got hit off his bike by a car And had to go to hospital and because he phoned from the hospital late in the afternoon she said your on a warning for ringing up late. And my car broke down in the car park just as I got to work and as the AA whent with my car I got in 2 minets late she said you have got a warning and I said you saw me with the AA she said I dont want to no thats your problem not mine and she said go home and I said can I ring my dad to pick me up because Its raining outside and she said no just go. And someone was ill in hospital and she said dont let it happen again. what shall I do about the boss?

I posted a question similar to this but im updating the scenerio.. I'm 16 dating a guy whose 23. One day when i snuck him + his friend in my house his friend had sex with my sister and my bf got oral sex from her. I didnt find out until yesterday but before i could confront him, he called and told me his mom died and he was so sad, so i didnt mention nething (ps, i found out its true ). Well i thought that was bad, but come to find that now my sisters bf (who she cheated on and admitted it to him) wants her to claim that they raped her and shes kinda fragile and open to influence so idk if she will. she says she wont but idk... then to make things even worse, my other sister found out and told our mom bits and pieces of the story, so now i need to know what should do about him/his mom situation, should i be mad at either of my sisters(the one for being intimate with my bf and the other for blabbing), what should i tell my mom if she asks, what if my sister goes to the cops? Im 18 years old and I broke up wtih my boyfriend that i was with for 2 years about a month ago. We technically broke up about a year ago, but we kept trying to make it work for the past year..but he wasnt the same person to me anymore, he really said and did hurtful things to me that effected and skewed the way i look at him a lot. I used to cry on command to songs that reminded me of him, but today when i was listening i had no reaction. Its like i barely even think about him anymore. Im just totally apathetic to the situation because I know its over and I know im better off because he was setting me up for a lifetime of misery. Is this normal? Should I be super upset or something? Or if someone damages your life so much, is it that easy to block out?
