I posted a question similar to this but im updating the scenerio.. I'm 16 dating a guy whose 23. One day when i snuck him + his friend in my house his friend had sex with my sister and my bf got oral sex from her. I didnt find out until yesterday but before i could confront him, he called and told me his mom died and he was so sad, so i didnt mention nething (ps, i found out its true ). Well i thought that was bad, but come to find that now my sisters bf (who she cheated on and admitted it to him) wants her to claim that they raped her and shes kinda fragile and open to influence so idk if she will. she says she wont but idk... then to make things even worse, my other sister found out and told our mom bits and pieces of the story, so now i need to know what should do about him/his mom situation, should i be mad at either of my sisters(the one for being intimate with my bf and the other for blabbing), what should i tell my mom if she asks, what if my sister goes to the cops? HELP

wow, you have a f-ed up life and family and 'friends'. Sure you should be mad, and you should leave him.....don't make yourself as f-ed up as all of the others are. Who cares about his mom.....it sucks she died, but the two issues have nothing to do with one another.
BTW: it is illegal for you to do anything with this guy......You should report him if he has laid a finger on you. But, for some reason, I think you are deluded by your messed up life experiences into thinking a 23 year old should be interested in a 16 year old.....it is disgusting!! good luck!

Okay, this is definitely some drama. First of all, your boyfriend is way too old for you! He could be arrested for statutory rape, whether he actually raped your sister or not. The only reason a man that old dates a girl your age is because he knows he can manipulate your mind. He's not a stand-up guy to begin with, so he's gotta go. Now may not be the best time to have this conversation with him (since his mom just died), but he's definitely gotta go. Secondly, your sister needs some help for having oral sex with your boyfriend. That's not cool at all. That's actually pretty disgusting. The only one who seems to be acting like she has any common sense at all is the "blabbing" sister. She might be doing you a favor by telling your mom what's going on.

You sneaking guys in your mom's house (especially grown men) is disrespectful and not cool at all. You're disrespecting your mom, her house, and yourself. You should tell your mom the truth if she asks you for it. If your sister goes to the cops, there's nothing you can do. If they find out that she's lying about the rape, they could arrest her for filing false charges. Rape is serious and nothing to toss around lightly.

It sounds like you all are too young for any of this. You need to focus on school and put off having sex with grown men in your mother's house...

Somebody needs to go to the cops. It is inappropriate and illegal for a 23 yr old to be dating and having sex with a 16 yr old. Not sure how old your sister is, but you should not be dating a 23 yr old.

You should be mad at you boy friend for sure. He is only using you, and now you sister.

Mom should be going to the police as I did when I found out a 23 yr old was seeing my daughter.

Umm Wow you have so much drama in your life.

First of all you shouldn't be dating a 23 year old man. He's way too old for you.
Secondly you shouldn't be angry at your sister that told your mother about the situation. You should be angry with your sister that had oral sex with your boyfriend and you should be angry with your boyfriend. You need to dump him.

And I don't see how your sister is going to claim rape, it seems that she was a willing participant. If she does claim rape and it is proven that she lied about the situation then she is opening herself up to all kinds of problems. She could be prosecuted hersel for filing a false police report.

Oh my god! You're In quite a mess. My advice. First Thing, dump your sick boyfriend. Bo matter if his mom died. He's 7 years older than you and cheated on you with your sister, I'm sorry but, that is just sickly wrong. Secondly, you should admit everything to your mother, about the guys having sex with your sister and about sneaking them in. even if you get grounded it will be worth it, because if you ask me nothing is worth to keep this kind of a secret. Don't get mad with your other sister who told on you, because she is obviously the smart one here for caring about you. And If your sister was raped by those guys, you should sue them for that, but if she did it by her own will, you should tell that too to your parents, believe me, you have to tell them now before it's too late. And a little tip, next time, try to find a boyfriend who is from your age to three years older than you, because guys who date younger girls are usually guys who have serious problems. I hope I helped. And I hope everything works out fine

where is your MOM and DAD! Why are you seeing someone who is 23? OMFG! first you are to young to be having sex. Second, he is a pedophile and knows better than to have relations with someone under age. If he gets caught and goes to jail,,good! You should take that whole situation as experience and understand how things can get way out of control when your to young to understand the reality of it and the consequences. She should go to the cops,,he is a man and knows better and you should sit down with your family or counselor about this and talk it out.

This is straight off Jerry Springer. Yeah you should be mad at your sister! Not the one who told, which you should have taken care of yourself, but the whore that slept with your boyfriend! Some sister...

Also, how is she going to claim rape? Did they rape her? Sounds to me like she was a willing participant. I think you all need to go to therapy and end your relationships.

First off. DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND. he cheated. no excuses allowed. my father died and i cheated and my boyfriend didn't let me get away with it either, no matter how many problems he may have he needs to take responsibilty for his own actions. your sister is a ***** who needs to burn in hell if she goes to the cops. she is a HOE SLUT **** *** WHORE. k? if your mom asks, spare the bit of trouble you'll get in, and tell her what really happened, and then your mom will probably, if she cares, take care of those boys and take care of your ******* whorish sister too.
there.

i really do hope everything works out because i know what this **** is like.
