My boss is not nice someone at work got hit off his bike by a car And had to go to hospital and because he phoned from the hospital late in the afternoon she said your on a warning for ringing up late. And my car broke down in the car park just as I got to work and as the AA whent with my car I got in 2 minets late she said you have got a warning and I said you saw me with the AA she said I dont want to no thats your problem not mine and she said go home and I said can I ring my dad to pick me up because Its raining outside and she said no just go. And someone was ill in hospital and she said dont let it happen again. what shall I do about the boss?

Get another job is the long-term solution.
Short term, if she owns the company, there is nothing you can do. If she is a department head, complain to the Human Relations department.
