Yeah, we tug our right ear then rub our chin and flap our arms like a chicken. WAIT, that's to steal third. Maybe its rub then tug. I know there is flapping somewhere in there. Just grab their crotch and say "Hello nice to MEAT you."

RE:
Is there a secret handshake or signal that swingers use to identify other swingers?

I'm not sure how many rely upon their "Swing-DAR." Probably not a lot since many "mainstream swingers" tend to be very mainstream in their daily lives. Most come off as very "run of the mill" people.

Many of them contact each other through personal, through Lifestyle organizations, and at Lifestyle events. Admittedly, there are some who bring up the topic to another out of the blue, but I think most tend to contact each other through established channels like those above.

That way there's less chance of misread signals and the embarrassment of coming out to the wrong couple.

Another way would be to casually talk about having vacation at some established Lifestyles event without actually saying it was one. Most would not make the connection at all, and face can be saved.

No, they are as normal as anyone else on the street. If any peripheral subject comes up you can see a gleam in their eyes, but you have to be as perseptive as they are.

Well, in the 90s, they wore little lapel buttons that said "Pecker Checker" - but I think they stopped doing that once Monica Lewinsky had her 15 minutes.
