Ok my husb was arrested for domestic abuse in marriage
I feared for my life and was afraid to leave finally had it
and did not care
My question, he can afford atty. not me I have no $
I am disabled and get SS but not enough for atty and do
not qualify for free help as now I have roomate . wierd rules
Do I have to give him everything he wants and do I have
to leave our house (we were buying) clean? It is a mess due
to moving. I really do not feel like leaving it clean or leaving him
everything he asked for.He is a abusive jerk and he closed out
our bank accounts taking ALL $ that we had leaving me with
nothing. And he wants all the good costly stuff.
What should I do or what is legal? Any advice appreciated.

My friend has been seeing a guy for about 6 months now, he says she's the first women he really loved..ect.. But he all so says his best friend is a women, and mentions her allot. He called her and told her one night he had a dream about this friend and that in the dream she was in the emergancy room and died. So he called her to make she she was okay. Recently this women seperated from her husband and he has been acting a little differant getting mad easily ect.. Should she be worried?

The wife and child are waiting for the man to come home and they are living separately. He is dating many women and having sex with both the women and his wife. And the wife knows about it.

Even with marriage problems, why would he do this to his family? All he cares about is getting sex, yes. Does he think that everything wil be fine and dandy if he goes back to his family when he's old and can't get it up anymore?

Or is he just get all he can, and whatever happens come hell or high water?

My husband wants to go to the court house together uncontested and just file the papers no judge courtdate ect. I think deep down he is really scared because i have so much on him he worked illegally ect. Plus he had bonus money from the military last week and withdrew the whole thing so i couldn't get any. I went to the court house and a legal advocate said i have a good chance of him having to pay me my share of the military bonus even if they have to garnish his pay i think i will get a higher child support too. Our court date will be about 3 months from dec 26 thats just dragging this on. I'm in diar straights rite now and need money because i'm on disability I'm thinking about what he is saying to do which is he will give me custody and sighn over a title to a truck i bought him and give me custody if i don't take him to court or go after part of the military bonus. My whole family is like take it if he is willing to give custody take it. But i will get the custody anyway

Hello I'm Jessica. I recently was told my dad was hooking me up with my eye doctor's son. I'm only 14 and the guy is 15. I really don't know him and there's a big problem. I don't live in this country I live on an island to it would be difficult for me and him to actually go out, but i really don't care about the distance. I feel like the guy is sweet and sensitive even though I've never met him. I have this sense if a person is nice and has a good personality~ I'm very shy actually and every time i tell my dad i wouldn't mad meeting him, he laughs and i get to red and i just like walk away from my annoying father. I want to meet the guy, but my dad makes it so difficult. I speak fluent Engish and the guy rarely cna speak English and I can barely speak Korean enough I am Korean, he keeps quite well ( so i have heard). Well i have no idea what to do and I think it would be cool to date him but difficult at the times. What should I do? I need a guys opinion. THANKS~

I was with my ex boyfriend for 41/2years and lived with him for 3. We broke up a year ago due to his abusive behaviour fueled by his weakness for alcohol. I do still talk to him from time to time as of course he was a big part of my life for a long time. Now he is with a new girl and she has discovered she is pregnant. Problem is he keeps asking to meet up says he wants me back etc etc and would quite happily cheat on her with me given the chance. I know he cheated on me many times in our relationship so it is nothing knew. I feel so sorry for the poor girl problem is i am the ex who she hates of course so she would just not believe me - trust me i did try and gently let her know but in her eyes i am a lying devil who wants him back ( so not true!) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
