My friend (potential boyfriend) and I see eachother 2-3 times a week. It has been this way for roughly 7 months. Everytime it gets better and better because we are both growing more comfortable. Theres always lots of flirting and cudding and long deep talks. Everything about our current friendly relationship is going great. We both really enjoy eachothers company. It just seems like we are more of a couple than friends, which is what I want. We have discussed our situation on numerous occasions, and the only reason he will not commit is because he thinks I am too young for him. I am very mature for my age. I graduated from cosmetology school and currently have a full time job at a salon. I am 18 and he is 26. To me age is not an issue but he cant seem to not be hung up on it. Am I just kidding myself about the age difference being an issue or can this turn into a relationship?

About 3 months ago my girlfriend broke up with me. We'd only been dating about 2 months and she said she wanted to take a break. We were in a long distance relationship because she went to school. She told little white lies and blew me off when she was suppose to call or come home. She said I didn't trust her. I also knew things weren't working out, so when she said she wanted a break I just said ok. About three weeks ago we got back together and I thought things would be different. I'd seen what I was doing wrong and I figured she did too, but everything is exactly how it was. I also asked her why she wanted to take a break and she freaked out and me and wouldn't talk about it. It feels like the only reason she wants to be with me is because she is failing out of school and needs someone, anyone to be with. I'm having serious regrets about getting back together with her and now I don't know what to do. How can I get her to talk with me about this stuff?

I'm 18, first year of college, still living at home. My parents have a rule that I need to wake up at 10 every morning, which I haven't been doing. They are extremely affected by this, and my dad says I'm putting unnecessary strain on the family, and that it's affecting my parents' marriage.

I know it's their house, their rules, and I should follow them. I'm working on that. But is this "strain in the marriage" really my fault? Lots of my friends' parents are getting divorced, so I'm wondering.

Good evening.

Okay, please let me know if he might be interested.

We are both software designers here in Seattle and I sit near him. Over the last few months I notice that he smiles a lot at me.
Anyway a few weeks ago we caught each other's eyes. The one you don't let go of.......those like "sexy" eyes...we held that stare until I passed by his desk and couldn't see him any longer.
On Monday I passed out x-mas cards and I gave him his and in a sweet and caring voice he was like "ahhhh, thank you...."....as we held eyes.

Today, again it was that weird feeling where I saw him in the break room and we immediately locked eyes and we said "hello"....

God I have such a hard time telling if he is interested in me. I've always had this problem.

Do you think he is??????

well there is this girl i have known since about june...we just recently started talking and hanging out in october....we have gone out about 4 times...we talk about 2times a week on the phone...i really like her and told her i liked her...she said she liked me too...BUT...lately i feel she has been ignoring me...we still talk adn see each other..i tried to give her a kiss and she told me she didnt want to cus she didnt want me to think bad of her cus we arent together...is that a clue that she wants to be with me or wats wrong...cus she has told me she likes me and she doesnt see me as a friend but when i bring up her adn I as a couple she acts different??...she is 18 and im 21...and we have alot in common and also alor of diferences....any advice?

I have been in 2 school plays so far and I feel as if I get no respect. The freshman that has been in the exact same 2 plays get more respect than me. Even the directors I feel don't respect me. I have been getting extremely mad at this and I would like nothing better than to wish the worst for them. There is this girl that I talk to from time to time at school, but I want to get her e-mail address so I can talk to her more often that way. I recently found out my girlfriend is a crystal meth addict. So I called her father as I figured the family needed to know that she is destroying herself.

He didn't believe me, and accused me of making it up, being a druggie myself and told me if I called him again he would call the police on me for harrassment.

So there is this couple that I interact with weekly. At first, I only knew the husband. Later on, the wife started attending the meetings too. I use to always sit next to the husband, but if I come to the meetings late, I usually sit else where. (not on purpose, I just usally sit at the spot that is the closest and the most convenient. Anyhow he has made little snide comments about how I don't sit next to him (which really just annoyed me, and made me really go out of my way to avoid him- who does he think he is talking to me like that?), and now the wife is always giving me the eye or looking me over when I talk to her husband. The whole reason that I stay away from married men in the first place is b/c I don't want drama, or their wives to be jealous. So, what is their deal. I left the guy alone and now he is like acting all childlike, and she is always watching me when I talk to him. did I do anything wrong? Why does he care where I sit anyway?

Parents should teach their children their ideas of right and wrong and give children some sort of moral foundation. Of course, as children become teenagers and adults we begin to learn that mother and father do not always know best. Our parents like everyone else are fallible.

Many claim that the behavior of a teenager or even an adult is a reflection of what kind of moral foundation the parents gave, but is this true? I'd be a different person if I took everything my parents said as truth.

I'm so bowled over by Jamie Lynn Spear's pregnancy I just had to ask this question. I'm floored by the number of young girls in society today after ALL the education and ALL the warnings about sex, it seems none of you heard it or care, and many of you are turning out welfare-riddled babies every day.

How many of you high school (and for pete's sake middle school) girls really understand sex? Do all of you know that once you get your period you CAN get pregnant? Do you realize that a horny boy is like a drunk boy? They will tell you ANYTHING to get into your pants, and then dump you when they find out you're pregnant.

Do you girls have a full understanding about what sex is, and how it only takes ONCE to get pregnant? Are you going to look up to Jamie Lynn now and want to get pregnant too?? This terrifies me as it seems sex is taken so lightly among young girls today.

I need some advice and please be gentle because i am really not a bad person.I am 26 yr old mother of 2 a daughter age 6 and a baby son who is just about 6.5 months old.My daughters father and i were college sweethearts.We got married right out of college and had a wonderful life together for almost 5 yrs till he passed away.He was hit by a drunk driver went into a comma and passed 3 months later.Shortly afterward my ex.bf from highschool who had been my first everything contacted me as usual because we had kept in contact once or twice a year as old aquantances over the years(nothing more).He wanted to advertise to me about his new business an auto body shop.I told him what was going on in my life and he really listened to me unlike other family/friends who seemed disintrested.We became friends again remebering the good times all the fun we had and the very bad/sad times dumb fights,when i got pregnant had miscarriage,and we broke up 3 times.He told me his marital problems ..
