First of all if you cant afford a attorney, then hire a Paralegal whom is just as good and a whole cheaper if you need. All closed accounts will be brought back into the divorce picture if you can prove they existed which will cost him dearly. You can sue for spousal support too. You do not have to give him anything voluntarily, its bargaining time now so make sure you get some of what you want too. You can do alot of this without an attorney if you so choose because his attorney willsend you paperwork and sign only if you agree to it or just the parts you totally agree with and refuse the others. Learn to compromise. I will make myself available to you to answer any questions you have or anything your not sure of,but PLEASE DO NOT agree nor sign anything from him or his attorney because once done neither the Judge nor I can undo it,but I will help you asmuch as I can on here. My email address is thunder_wright@yahoo.com Calm down and enjoy the Holidays and remember just dont agree to or sign anything PLEASE

Sell the stuff the good costly to your friends for a dollar when he comes to get it say you sold it. Let them just hold the stuff for you he will think it is gone and because your on disability he know you can't afford to pay or get it back say you put the money on bills if a judge asks BECAUSE HE LEFT YOU PENNYLESS AND YOU HAD TOO! empapyzise that to the judge. When it is safe and your courtdate is over or you are away from him go get the stuff from your friends houses or relatives houses and take it to your house walla and don't feel bad he doesn't deserve any of it he wasn't thinking about you when he wiped out the bank account. When he calls about the stuff tell him go rebuy it from the money you withdrew from the bank!

Think about it...you were with an abusive person. That means he abused you physically, and most likely emotionally. That leaves a scar on a person and he has damaged you in ways that are unrepairable. I wouldn't leave him anything. He has the luxury of doing that to a person and then thinks he can set the ground rules for what HE gets? I don't think so. If he had the right to take all your money, you have the right to take all your belongings. Good luck.

Maybe you should speak with a Psychiatrist and ask him why your life is so full of turmoil. I believe you need to be happy and content in your own skin and then maybe you will simply stop fighting the inevitable and move on. He was wrong to abuse you, and you are also wrong to push him.

Being on SSDI gives you options to find an atty that can help you at no cost until you have won your case. Check your local SSDI office to find out the process.

Feed him crushed glass in hid food until he bleeds to death.
The glass will slowly cut his intestines to ribbons!
End of problem - no abusive jerk!

Don't agree to or sign anything unless it benefits you. Make his attorney work for his money.
