My father and I used to be close, but have not spoken since he remarried because my stepmother and I were never able to see eye to eye.
I recently found out he is suffering from kidney failure, and that I am a perfect donor match. The waiting list would take about 2 years, and might be too late. At first, I told him no, because he is old and won't live long anyways, and I have a long life ahead and would like to use both of my kidneys.
This holiday shopping season has really made me look at things differently, though. I called last night and offered to donate my kidney afterall, with the understanding that he would make me the primary beneficiary in is living will. I did not and still do not think this is to much to ask from a person willing to give you their organ.
My stepmother became very angry and has called me several times last night and this morning telling me that they would rather wait on the list.
I think she's more worried about my half-siblings and her getting all the money than she is about my father's chances of survival!

I have met what seems to be a great guy. He told me that he still maintains realtionships with all his ex's. I was ok with this at first but he says how his ex's get jealous when they start to think how he kisses and treats other woman. (He's a very romantic guy, hope that makes sense) so to me, it seems his ex's still have feelings for him; because wouldn't they be happy for him instead of being jealous?? I don't know if I'm overthinking or being blind. PLEASE HELP!!

Ok well i have a huge problem.....i was really close to this girl for a long time...well recently we had a falling out because she straight up told people that i was a psycho b**** and not to talk to me....then i find out that she spread my business all over the school! and now she triess to be nice to me...what do i do!?!?!? any advice? it;'s hard not to talk to her because she is also mycousin....but you have to be pretty shallow to do something like that right!?!??!?! My wife and I moved our family from one city to another (500 miles away) and we both left good companies and took jobs with other good companies. One of the companies paid the relocation. We are now realizing things that make us feel like we may have been better off where we were. Homes are much more expensive. We miss our friends and are not happy. We haven't found a house that we want to committ to moving into. Our toddlers are misbehaving here...where they didn't before. It seems difficult to get our kids in to see a doctor here when they are sick..etc...etc. My wife and I both love our current employers and feel that there are great opportunities here. We are in our late 30's. Should we move back in a year or two? The grass looked greener on the otherside, but now that we are there, it isn't. We fixed some things with the move and hurt other things.

i went to a party and we were both drunk and she was a bit of a flirt with all the guys but we were always close on that night and whenever i passed she wud ask me to sit nxt to her or hug her. we neva acctually kissed but i thought she was like it with everyone but the next day everyone thought we were goin to get together because of what we were like the night before. so does she really like me or was it just the drink ?

Did/does it turn you off of intimacy? Why or why not? Is there anything she could have done differently for you to become attracted to her again?

Reason for asking is I am going on 26 wks pregnant, and the sex has been on an increasing decline. At one time he couldn't get enough of me, now he can go a couple weeks without it!! I have only gained in the tummy, and am nice and toned everywhere else. Any suggestions, will his attraction ever come back?

she always has somethin to say about me
im 15 years old i try my best to be respectful to her n **** but she juss always putting me down...ive been to counseling ive tried everything to see if im the wun contributin to the problems in our house hold...she calls me names
she gets mad wen im on the telephone she calls me a hoe because i talk to boys i kicked her one day because she was making me soo mad and i went to jail so now im involved in the court system she never lets me go anywhere so i dont come home from school sometimes she hits me
she doesnt give me my space or privacy...
she took custody of me wen i was 2 years of age because my mom abused me i think id rather take physical abuse over the mental abuse my grandma does

but he was in a financial strap and said he would give me the best sex of my life if I gave him money I took it as a joke but he kept insisting that it would be worth it and said that he would tell anyone else the same except he thought since were best friends it would work better for us so I went ahead and did it but before I gave him the money I said that it wasnt for the sex but because I cared about him and sympythasized with his situation. make a long story short we been 2gether for a year and 3 months.she has my name tatooed on her back.She lives with me in ny.She had a hard life,mom died when she was young and her father was abusive.She has a godmother that she considers her mother and fam.The house is over crowded.Here's the list of people who live there,godmothr,3 sisters age 20,18 and 15 all got kids.one of the sister's babyfather lives there,a recovering crackhead who is the mother cousin they live in nj.Her 3 godsisters expect her to buy stuff for the baby and take care of them like she helped bring them in the world.They constantly expect her to babysit and they always want her to buy the babies things.I told her if thats the case we might as well have our own baby lol.
What should I do about this situation?

When girls break up with you or turn you down wht don't you get it. Why do all of you continue to make an a$$ outta yourself? If we tell you once then that's what we mean, most of the time were not still debating it. Why won't guys accept that if we don't like them we dont, or if we don't wanna go out, we don't. My wife is on Lexapro because when she is not on them she is a raging _____. Unfortunatly she has completely lost her sex drive. She has tried other types of antidepressants as she has discussed this with her doctor but they do not work as well as Lexapro does so she went back to that type. Maybe I should try to go on Lexapro myself and kill my own sex drive? Anybody with ideas please help!!! Thanks!!!!!

Please be honest. I would like this question to be directed at regular every day married men (or men that have alot of married friends). Men that are responsible, hold a job, take care of their family, kids, etc. Not young boys, lazy, no-good men, etc.

A male friend of mine has confided in me that he is going to ask his girlfriend to marry him, but we know that she doesn't like stones, like diamonds or coloured stones. She has very plain (although not bad) taste and doesn't like anything that brings attention to her, especially her hands, which she thinks are ugly! (They're not). However, he is convinced she would appreciate a ring, as a symbol more than anything else. Do you think he could he get away with something like a pearl or maybe other soft stone? we stop dating 2 months ago, the reason we stop dating is that she's dealing with emotional problems due to her last relationship of 8 years in which her x confess that he cheated on her the whole entire time. in which she's not ready for anything serious. but 2 weeks ago, we bump into each other n sparks reignited, we hung out the entire week and weekend, then into last week she became cold, toward the end of the week she began to ask me to hang out, we hung out this weekend so i decided to get her something for x mas, i got her something not cheap but not expensive something that she will love. so last night i went to give it to her, she said NO NO NO i cant accept this, I said don t worry about it, its just a gift i brought everyone gifts so its not a big deal she said Yeah but i didnt get u anything (i knew this) n i told her dont worry about it so she told me let me mail u a x mas card later on she left me a message saying i dont know how much to thank u
