My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years. I'm 19 and he is 22. We have talked about marriage, and we plan on being together for a while, but for right now, we're just enjoying being young and getting our lives together.
I may or may not have children in the future, I think it's too early to decide, I would like to eventually, but I can't even fathom it right now
My boyfriend's mom has been buying various things for "our daughter" even though we aren't even living together or even engaged. She says she's had dreams about us having a daughter, and then when she is born she can have all of the things she is buying her.
What if we do have kids and then it's a boy??
My boyfriend told me she already bought us a wedding gift!!!
What can I do?

If a married man is not with you for sex, why is he their-mine was 54 and a alcoholic,and high b/p had to take viargra to have sex, and he only want to do it like 2 a month were I was willing to do it everynight or at least 3 times a week, he swore he loved me and enjoyed being with me but yet never got his divorce. I just dont understand, he gave me no money and I gave him none- he had his obligations and I had mine, Did he truly love me??

There's this new guy at my school, we became friends and he asked me out tonight. We went to have a drink and we made out. I'm starting to like him, and I think he likes me too. He wants us to go out tomorrow again but I'm going to cancel so I don't seem that eager.

Anyway, the thing is that I got dumped in the past 3 relationships I was in for different reasons. The first guy didn't love me enough, the second made out with another girl and the last guy dumped me for his ex. I am so scared to fall in love again and start dating because I don't want to get dumped.

I'm willing to give this guy a chance I just want us to go slowly, but I don't know how.
Any advice would be useful on how to make sure he likes me but I'm still scared of getting dumped...

Today is friday. We haven't had sex since LAST friday. It's been a whole week. I am beginning to wonder if he is cheating on me? When we do have sex, I am always the one to initiate it. A month ago I received papers from my ex-husband to modify parenting time. A couple days ago I received a court order stating due to my failure to appear, I admitted the allegations, and that the relief requested in the sworn affidavites would be granted. When I received the motion, the pages skip from pg 1 to pg 3, the first page being point 1 what was already ordered and point 2 that the current arrangement isn't in the best interest of the child. Page three is my ex-husbands signature swearing that the facts included are true. That being said..I never requested relief from anybody and I don't even know what it is i supposedly asked for. Because of this i now have my time with my son changed from Sunday thru Thursday to everyother weekend starting in Jan. i'm currently unemployed with 2 other children and don't have an attorney like my ex and can't afford to get one. Is there even anything I can do to change things so that i have more time with my son since i NEVER asked for relief?

I am 30 yrs old. My ex-boyf broke up with me a few months ago. The break up was very hard for me. He broke up due to long-distance. I was very hurt about the break up as I really loved him and still do now. He has always called me back after the break up and we even met a couple of times. But he doesn't want to let go. About a month ago, he called me and said he needs to see me. This was shortly after I told him that I am going travelling for a couple of months. He says he is too scared to loose me but he is not ready to come back to me. I was quite upset to see him leaving so I told him we must go separate ways and have no contact. He was upset but he said he has to accept it. But he called me last week saying he can't forget me and he thinks of me. But he then said he can't be with me now as I am going away to travel. He wants to meet when I come back from my travels. What should I do? I love him and he says he does too but I am so confused. I want to be with him but he says not now

They either have some kind of mental problem or just won't respond to anything you send them. I can deal with a lot when it comes to someone's personality. I'm really laid back and will let most things slide. I believe no one is perfect. I'm not looking for some girl with a supermodel body and IQ of 160+. It seems like there are 40 guys to everyone girl so why try? I thought looking for a girl in real life was bad. Online is even worst. Sites like eHarmony want a outrageous fee for you to join. When you do fill out their questionnaire it never finds any matches for you. I live in a small town and finding a girl where there is nothing but corrupt churches and no clubs is hard. The ads on TV make it sound like you are guaranteed to find a date. Am I the only person that is run into this problem?

There is this guy, i have known him for ages, we went to the same primary school and i have recently started talking to him again. He likes me but i dont think i feel the same, but i am really tempted to go out with him. The only thing is i can't just go out with him once because he is so sweet but a little bit of a bunny boiler and he will pretty much think we are going out if i go out on a date with him one time, and he will tell me i have broke his heart. I dont want to do that to him, but i am really tempted to go out with him. we have been going out for half a year, we love each other. Im 28, he is 35.
I recently found out Im pregnant by accident, he said he will be supportive to whatever decision I make, and within time, he showed more that he wants to keep the baby. And he wants me to move in with him to try out the relationship. He said we should try to start to have a life together, he also said the relationship may fail. He is currently hunting for car for me and doing other preparation. but he didnt talk about marriage.
Im irritated, bcos I dont think its the right time to "try out" the relationship by living together, we should either get married if he wants to keep the baby or not get married and not having a baby. The "move in" thing shows he is very uncertain about the marriage and I probabely shouldnt count on him marrying me.
Im in America alone under lots of pressure for my PhD study, thats why Im not gonna have the baby alone, and adoption is not for me either.

After dating my b/f of seven years I found out after two years that he was a convicted felon (drug possession w/ intent to deliver). I decieded to stay w/ him at that time and we now have a three year old child together ( I have two children from a previous reltionship). "Bob" works for a mom and pop food place at 11 dollars an hr, w. no benefits and this is as far as this job is going. I on the other having been a single parent am working hard at making life comfy for myself as I have returned to college and plan to go as far as I can to self suffient. I know Bob makes little money and he does have some faults but not unlike anyone else. However I cannot shake the feeling of being "Bob's meal ticket. Bob is limited in life. After seven years, I called it quits and put Bob out so that I can find a man w/ freedom and earning potieintial who can contribute evenly. It is hard on the family to have him gone, but I want the best things for my family. Am I being selfish?
