Judging by your picture, you shouldn't have to say much. However, a nice hello is a good start. But it depends on the bar of course. Sports bar? Regular club . . . use your environment as a tool for ideas. If she's in a sports bar, maybe she's into sports. Ask. What ever you do, just be yourself and talk to her, about anything. If she's interested, she talk to you no matter what you say.
I also agree with Hammy, a guy who can make me laugh always wins. Even if he made me laugh because he just made a fool of himself. If he could laugh off his embarrassment, I'd say he's worth talking to. Women love a man with a good sense of humor.

When you approach a woman at a bar she already knows what you are there for. Just say Hi. How are you doing? If she makes eye contact and smiles when she replies to you then keep the conversation going however you can. If she avoids eye contact, doesn't smile, or more or less blows you off then you know she's a waste of time.
There is no need or point in getting fancy with pick up lines. Do try to be humorous, laughing helps calm nerves and women love a guy who can make them laugh.

The first thing any guy should be saying and I would say especially to a girl I walk up to in a bar to start a conversation with is "Hi, my name is -----(whatever your name is), do you want me to buy you a drink?"

If she resembles a celebrity say "hey you know who you look like..." Avoid this line if she looks like Rosey o'donell Or just say something simple like "I'm sorry I just had to come over here and tell you how beautiful you are"
