I'm a sophomore at a new high school and I became friends with this guy who rides my bus. Until recently, I was about 97% sure he liked me, but I think he gave up because I didn't seem interested. The thing is, I'm VERY interested, but I'm too shy to show that. I'm really not ready to have a boyfriend, but I kind of want to tell him I like him just so I don't have to hold it in anymore. Would that be cruel and inhumane, or does it not matter since he gave up? Plus, I'm not sure it's even worth the effort, cause he has so many female friends and so many other girls think he's cute.

I am one of those girls that never get into a relationship. I was always on the road modeling or working so I never had time to get into a relationship. I am know finally settled down with a man that is signed with the same modeling company as me. BUT here is the question. He is so so mean when we fight. Above the normal level. I am from Ia and I moved to tx to be with him. When we fight he tells me to go back to ia and that i sould go back to somewhere people care. Is this something all guys just say out of anger. He is so sweet one day then when he gets mad her just dont give a **** it seems. We are both so busy with modeling and school that when we have time off I want his attention and I dont think that is bad. I get pissed if he thinks it is more important to play online, we only get a day a week to spend time together.. that is where are fights come from. should I not get upset? and do all men get this upset and say these mean things? or do I just say fine, and leave! HELP

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 months now. In the beginning when we met we both agreed that we found our soul mates, true love and the one we would marry. For the past 10 days she has become distant all of a su. Intially she told me just to give her a little space.(Not cheating) She just claimed to just want some alone time with herself to preserve her identity as a independant women. Last night we spoke and she is now telling me she does not know what is wrong with her and it is bothering her that I am hurting cause of her recent behavior. She stated that she feels resentful in a way becaue i may have smnothered her. She continusoulsy states that she is not breaking up with me or plans to and loves me.. She has started a new birthcontrol (ortho trcycline). I feel it may be that, because 10 days of her taking it this all began. Basically i am looking for some help as to understanding why she has pulled away when everything was great. Any advice would be great. Thank

Really quiet, claims never to have kissed a girl but had a 6 month long relationship in high school, somewhat "overly" curtious (yes there is such a thing and its annoying), no one seems to know about him or where he comes from, and not willing to talk about his family. does that not kindda describe a serial killer? lol

We both still love eachother, but he had to end it because I treated him terribly. I was extremely jealous and selfish...I know that is not how love is "supposed to be. He told me he loved me a while ago ( I told him I didn't believe him at one point and he says that broke him), and in time he thought i never would, but I did. He was everything to me. I went through his things Sunday morning after I promised him for the millionth time that I would start to respect him. I found an online journal entry from a long time ago about a girl he use to like.So he woke up to my wrath.I tried to go to sleep after I read the entry but could not.I was so miserable after that I packed my bags and left college ( i am going to go back now). I visited him (i had to beg) this week and he says he cannot give me another chance, I have hurt him too much. He won't talk to me in order to "get over me", after that we will be friends. Do we have a chance if I can show him I really can respect him?

My husband's brother got married last week. Since we were both in the party, we needed someone to drive our daughter to the babysitter. My mother-in-law insisted. Normally a 10 minute drive, we called her cellphone after an hour went by. No answer. Another 1/2 hr later, she gets to the wedding (late) misses introductions, delays the mother/son dance, completely emotionless and acts like nothing happened. I asked where she was and she said she got lost, I asked why she didn't answer, she didn't hear the phone. THAT's IT! This just isn't good enough for me. It happened when she picked her up later that night too. She left the wedding over an hour ahead of us, and somehow we got home before she did. I ask and she rolls her eyes and goes to bed. Do I have any right to demand knowing where she took my daughter? Do you think I shouldn't trust her again? My husband and I disagree on that. I need to know im not crazy. Thanks

Loose - not tight enough, as in "these pants are so loose they're going to fall off"

Lose - get rid of something, as in "I need to lose weight"

I'm asking these question because MORE "sex" or "money" are the number 2 arguments people have. It seems to me that you can get rid of half the fight without spend a dime would be worth it, but some how the with-holders-of-sex want something more.

So how are people to be fair when two people in a relationship wants different things?

I have a husband and two children. My husband is a great father and is always by my side while my kids are beautiful but just a little demaninding. A colleague at work has given me the oppotrunity to risk it all and leave them for a life alone. I know I shouldn't do it but God is it tempting. Someone set me straight.

I am living with a roommate who is constantly talking about herself in negative ways, such as "I wonder if men think I look good". At first I was saying things like, "Of course they do". But then she started talking negative about her family and how no one loves her or ever will love her, and she does this every day. She walks around telling everyone about how horrible she is treated and cries and cries to me every night, then eats to make herself feel better. I've tried to suggest ideas such as going to counseling, reminding her how wonderful she is, but it seems like the more I encourage her, the more she complains and whines about no one caring about her and her life sucks. It has gotten to the point that I don't feel like with her, because she will talk about everything that is negative. It's like she is doing this for attention, because all she does is tell everyone. But at the same time, it's like she wants to stay in the same spot. How should I deal with this situtation?

Yesterday I asked if it was wrong of me to request my money back after being kicked out of a wedding party. (BTW, thanks for all the answers) Is it okay for me to refuse to hand over all the centerpieces and bouquets that were made...(they are still at my house becuase thats where we made them) Well the bride called me today to ask if she could come get the centerpieces & whatnot. I told her I was out of town until Fri. afternoon, but I would bring them first thing Sat. morning.(thats when they will be decorating the reception hall) Well Im not out of town I just don't want to give this stuff to her because of what she did. (she kicked me out of the wedding 2 days after the shower, & told me I was uninvited. Lame exuse about a groomsman dropping out. I asked her if she was going to reimberse me for my expenses (around $1100) & she laughed & said "NO" Well I know that no else did the decorations so it will look pretty blah, without all the stuff. Is it rude of me to keep the stuff?
