I really thought he liked me, I seriously did. He's been ignoring me for over a week now. He asked me out. On Saturday I saw him in the night club and he ignored me there too. I'm so hurt. I lost my virginity to this guy and now i'm being treated like this. All the money I spent on him. Well I wanted to buy him things so I blame myself for that. But how can someone do this to another person?

Sorry, really, for contributing to all the BS romance questions on this site. But I need some help! Please! Thanks.

I have a girlfriend who I really like, and who I also love. She is very pretty and we get along well. Recently while drunk I left a very cynical message on her answering machine, which brought to light a disparity between our understanding of the relationship.

She "must be with someone that is always completely sure they love me with their whole mind body and spirit every moment of their life." I don't believe that's possible for anyone to do to anyone else; love is just molecules, there are other things in life that distract you from it sometimes. But I believe that I can come close enough to treating her like that so that she won't know the difference.

Here is the question: do I tell her that I really can't do that, even though I believe that I can come closer to that ideal than anyone else, or do I tell I can, even though I don't think anyone can?

Ok, so there's this guy at work, and a few months ago we got mad at each other and stopped speaking to each other. We'd been pretty good friends until that point.

Then we started being polite to each other again, and we had a staff dinner coming up. The guy asked the whole staff to come over to his house for drinks first, and asked me to come too. Well, he drank more than he realized I think, and was drunk before he even got to the restaurant.

I had to drive him and another guy over. I didn't realize that I was driving and didn't clean out my car, and there was a pair of hose in the back. He picked them up and started holding them up at them and grinning, and didn't stop until I yelled at him to put them down.

When we got there he drank even more. After a while he put his hand on my knee under the table and grinned like he won the Super Bowl!

The next morning he didn't remember what had happened but he thanked me for taking him home with a silly grin (someone else did)

My husband does not agree that it is disrespectful to ones partner to fart in or near their face. Do you agree or disagree?

I see so many women talking about how they never want sex, or their partner wants it too much etc etc. WHY? Don't they KNOW how good it is? What is wrong with them, how can they go through life without sexual pleasure? I pity them so much. Also they are annoying, they need to educate themselves, I think, but can anyone tell me WHY someone would be this way, it doesn't make sense!

My husband and I have been married for 4 years this Thanksgiving. My oldest son was 5 when my ex and I divorced and he was 6 when I met my new Husband. They got along great and DH loves my son as if he were his own. DH and I had a baby boy 2 years ago, and all seemed well in my household - until recently. My 12 year old is constantly testing the waters lately; doesn't do chores that he is supposed to do, is slacking off in school more lately, and seems to be "butting heads" with his Stepfather more and more over every little thing.

Could it be that he's hormonal because he's starting puberty and that's making him more unbearable? Could it be that my DH and my son are too much alike and seem to be more and more like oil and water? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to get my son to respect my husband more, and my DH to be a little more understanding to my 12 yr old?

[I will make up names] my friend is American his name is Mark, he has a baby with a women who is Mexican, Carla. Their baby is Mark Jr. So Mark has been a responsible father, he lives in San Diego, CA and visits his son frequently at Tijuana, Mexico where Carla lives with her family. (Mark&Carla are not together as a couple anymore) Mark brings food, toys, clothes, you name it to Carla's home for baby Mark Jr. THE PROBLEM is Carla is refusing to let Mark bring Mark Jr. over to San Diego. Mark Jr. already has all the legal papers, like his birth certificate and his passport to come over the US. Doesn't my friend have the right to tell Carla "By law I'm allowed to bring the baby with me over to San Diego"???? I mean my friend Mark wants to bring Mark Jr. over to San Diego for a day because of a family celebration, it's not like he's taking away the baby forever. How can I help my friend find out his legal rights so that he can make Carla understand he has rights too.

Ok, here's my story with girls. I've dated on and off since I was about 17. Back in 2001 I met the most amazing girl on the planet, Shanna. There really isn't one word to describe her: perfect is an understatement by every measure. We clicked right off the bat and spent alot of time together. We never officially dated since she had a boyfriend but I know where her heart truly belonged. Now, I'm moved away and though I constantly think about Shanna and wish everything would have worked out I"m fairly certain she's in my past, which tears my heart to shreds thinking about it. I love that girl more than life itself and I would gladly die to protect her. So, very girl I think i might be interested in now I automatically compare to Shanna (and of course, in my mind, they dont compare). How can I stop doing this?? I've tried, I know its not healthy for dating but I can't help it. I've almost resolved myself as being single forever. Help!

Im so rubbish at feeling guilty for everything. For example:me and my boyfriend are really happy and i know he and i have a future but whever we argue i always feel guilty, like im gonna push him away or he will love me less. I have this vision of being a perfect girlfriend. I told him this last night and he said it was really silly and that he would never change how he felt about me over and argument, but its not just with him its lots of things. And its usually to the people im closest to that i feel gulity the most.
I know this is not normal and i need some advice on snapping out of it so i dont punish my little brain anymore!!!

I left my husband 4 years ago. He has now remarried and I've seen that he still beat's his current wife. I allow him to see the kids ( if i'm there). Because he was busy with business and travelling abroad, he didn't mined this arrangement- because he hardly had the time. Yesterday he served me papers that he wants full custody over my 5yr old and 7 yr old. I don't want them to be in an abusive enviroment.

I fought him for custody when we first got divorced and the judge still insisted on joint custody even after clear evidence of abuse( 20 emergency visits, 7 days in comma, i thought that this would be sufficient). Because of his high profile in politics in the states and his money, he seems to get away with and cover up his wrongdoing's.

I'd like to find a solution to tackcle this.

I recently broke my husband's favorite lamp, not on purpose. He is out of town on a business trip and will be back tomorrow. I'm scared of what he might do if he finds out that i broke it. Last time i broke something of his, be burned all my clothes and I had NOTHING to wear except the clothes i had on. Should i tell him the truth and risk my wardrobe? or does anybody else have any ideas?

I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years now.
We are moving, and his room at his mothers is a disaster area. We are getting married soon and it needed cleaned.
He's upset because I found condoms stored in his room that he used with another woman, and I tossed them in the garbage. Then I found a picture of his ex (a different one) and her kids and I tossed them in the garbage.
I also tossed some candles that came in a pack with some 'love lotion' that he got from one of his girlfriends.

He says that he should now be allowed to toss anything he wants of my previous relationship including pictures of my kids.

I don't think that is appropriate and I told him so.
I feel that I am in the right because I've asked him over six months ago to get rid of these things and have asked him several times.

Its not like I just went on a rampage. I feel I gave him suitable time to get rid of this crap and I think it should not have been there for me to find to begin with.

Hi, we have been having fights over a lot of things with my husband recently (stupid things, but they are important for us), there was even some pushing and throat holding (his bad) and door breaking and slapping (my bad). (Which by the way I still dont know if it was crossing the line of no return). We have talked about divorcing so many times... But we both love each and have very different ways of expressing it. Talking just doesnt do it - I have tried too many times. We end up at the same place. We did fight like that when we were going out (obviously), but the question is what to do? He has suggested taking a break - which I dont understand what it means. To me taking a break it means breaking up to fool around. He says that it is not like that - just not see each other for a week or so... Also, I dont see how that is going to solve anything.
As you can guess romantic dinner just wont do it. Any suggestions?

I can bear with this his talking no problems but i know many people can't and won't. Sometimes, he talks just day today stuff just the way as if others have no knowledge and the only person with the wisdom is him. he'll be my friend forever no matter what but i feel helpless when i try to figure out a way to let him see this behaviour.

We know each other pretty well, but it's rare that we get the occasion to just talk. This weekend my fiance and I are going to their cabin in the mountains. We'll be home alone and the guys are going fishing.

She loves to talk about her family etc.. but give me some ideas. Should I bring up our wedding, or her future grand kids?
