My husband does not agree that it is disrespectful to ones partner to fart in or near their face. Do you agree or disagree?

The fact that he does anything, farting or otherwise, that you have a problem, with is a sign of disrespect.
There is no reason that he can not be "socially responsible" and say something like "I have to go check on something..." and leave the immediate area to "vent".
Of course, if you follow him to see what he is up to...then you do so at your own risk.

It is very disrespectful and your husband should recognize it. Too bad that some are brought up without manners and refuse to change, even when they know their behavior is obnoxious. Being a pig is not acceptable behavior.

Farting is natural, but in the face. Sick! You should slap him the next time or do it back to him. Thats nasty, try and talk to him about that. THats how you get pink eye.
