So winter formal is comming up, and of corse I would like to have a date, but im new and im afraid that guys wont ask me because they "dont know me well enough" or something. and then if i do get asked, i dont know what i will do!
my dad is WAY protective, and im not allowed to date till im 16, and im 15.
((and its hard since im young for my age, so im not allowed to date 'till my junior year...which is wack))
so im afraid that the guy will be like want to pick me up, from my house and my dad would NOT be down with that...
or am i just thinking to much ahead?
what do you think?

my father was ordered to pay off the house in the divorce decree and he has stopped making payments on it. It was bought under both of my parents names but before thier divorce he refinanced and put it only under his name. My mother and I are still living here and were getting letters telling us they're wanting to forclosure it. I would really like to continue living here but im scared to approach my father about it, it seems like a difficult topic to discuss with him. Legally what can my mother do to keep the house?

I recently came to an end with my feelings for my relationship. My husband of 2 yrs never loved me. Always said he loved me, but wasn't in love with me. We got married treated me like I wasn't ever good enough etc. I still kept giving my all in the relationship. I told him yesterday if he wants to save our marriage he needs to come for two-three days and be with me. He wrote me back and email saying basically he'll come pick me up end of nov when I am ready to come back to him. I wanted to talk to him face to face and figure things out, instead he gave me a notice of two days of picking me up in nov . Anyways, he failed in my eyes but I still was holding on to hope that he would come. But, I cried and cried and cried like someone was dieing. I accidently sent him a text and he called me saying what I wanted and what have i decided for our relationship. I heard noises in the back and asked him where he was, he was out with friends. THAT WAS IT FOR ME! I am sitting here cryin for

How did it turn out? Did they ignore their feelings for the other person, have an affair (and if so did the spouse find out?), get divorced and then become involved with the other person, or did the married person leave their spouse to be with the other person? If the married person left their spouse to be with the new person, is the couple now happy together?

I ask for other experiences because I fell in love with a man who is married but separated. He said he loves me too and wants to be with me but they still haven't filed for divorce (we've been seeing each other for 8 months). I began to realize that it's a lot more complicated than I originally thought... not happily ever after.. and I was wondering if similar stories have turned out happy or horribly? Thanks!

i cant remember any women saying she doesnt care what a guy looks like, we as women want a handsome man, just like guys want a goodlooking woman. how about us ladies letting the guys know we are visual too so they can stress themselves to look good like we do it for them?

I have no friends.

I have to work a lot of hours as part of my training for work. I have a good job, but training is a bit lengthy.

I've tried asking some of my workmates out, but they have been too busy. When I join their conversations, they mostly ignore me.

I'm done with college. I've tried volunteering, but I mostly meet older people in their thirties and fourties. I want to meet people my age

How do I deal with this loneliness? I spend so much time procrastinating since I feel empty.

Long story short my fiance and I decided to have a small wedding party of two people each. I had decided not to have his sister in my party after she got pregnant and couldn't pay her bills (she couldn't even afford milk one day) When she found out she wasn't included I told her in the nicest way possible without even letter her know I was once considering her for a bridesmaid.

Now after suffering a miscarriage she has it out for me. She is going to family friends (not family) telling them how she wasn't allowed to be in the wedding and carrying on to the point where family friends are calling my future mother in law asking why I won't have her in the wedding.

What can I do to make this better without inviting her in the wedding? At 33 years old she should realize that she can't get everything she wants - especially when she can't buy a gallon of milk for her and her son.

I know he's into me because he calls me a lot just to talk and he likes snuggling and stuff, but he NEVER asks me to spend time with him, I always have to initiate dates and such. I'm his first girlfriend and he's a little shy, but we've been dating since May, so I don't think him being too nervous is the issue.
Is there any way I can get him to ask me out more often without talking about it directly? (I don't want him to feel obligated)
And if talking about it directly is the only way, how should I go about it?

Ok I have been friends with this guy for 2 years. I'm 21, and hes 19. We both realize we have feelings for each other but I knew he'd be going to school 4 hours away this year and didnt want him to worry about a g/f. He came back on break and he told me he still feels the same. I guess im scared bc I have been hurt really bad in the past but what everyone keeps telling me is the best relationships start as a friendship. Do i take the chance and is the age difference too much?

I have had plenty experience with both being single and having a girlfriend, and I have to say that personally, I like being single WAY better, because it only has one con and at least a dosen pros.

CON: you don't get laid as much

PROS:
1) you have your space
2) no drama, no drama, no drama
3) you don't have someone calling and texting you 5678 times a day
4) you don't feel guilty when having feelings for or getting intimate with another woman.
5) more variety in sexual terms
6) you'll never get cheated on because you're not committed
7) YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, WHENEVER YOU WANT!!!!
9) you don't have to deal with her annoying *** hating *** best friend/s

I'm sure you can think of many more, especially if you're currently in a relationship.

So what do you guys think? Do you personally think it's better for a young guy (20 - 30 yrs) to be single or in a committed relationship

So me and my ex-girlfriend of 3 months had a great relationship, we never been in one fight. I trust her and she trusts me. Well this past week she has been acting distant, not holding my hand, or kissing me at all.. way different than what she used to. Well I re-set her alarm on her phone this morning and it went to her text messages.. there were 2 messages from guys at 4 am.

Ok, I trust her, it didn't bother me. Well I brought it up as a joke, and she kept going on about it, asking why I went through her phone and I was lying about going through her messages, when I really wasn't. I told her to just drop it. Well she begins making rude remarks, "did you find anything good?" and stuff like that. I'VE NEVER gone through her phone unless I had a reason to.

Well finally I got tired of the way she was acting and I go, "Its over" and she goes, "Good call."

So the whole ride home(2 hour ride) she says nothing.. I tried texting her, no reply back..

What do I do?

What do I do about my husband who seems to care too much about making more money. He already works a lot at his regular job but he keeps trying to figure out ways such as business ventures to bring in more money. We are already doing fine financially actually better than we ever have before. He says he wants to make sure we are prepared in the future for ourselves and for our 3 daughters college education when they're older. But I'm afraid it will be at the expense of spending more time with his family and just enjoying life.

A friend of mine is getting married to her boyfriend of 8 years. They were going to have a formal wedding, but "The moms" were making plans they did NOT want. Now, they are going on a "weddingmoon" with the kids. My friend is a seamstress. For their special day, she made her own dress. It's a 100% cotton, empire waist, ankle length dress, with blue ribbon around the bust. She has made the same style of dresses for her daughters (same color as the ribbon). She has also made matching shirts for her fiancee and son. She's all ready made her bouquets, boutineers, and 3 hair pieces. She showed me the dresses, and I thought they were cute. They aren't going to wear any shoes because the ceremony is going to be on the beach. "The moms" think their clothing is cheap and tacky. The clothing she made, is VERY well made. What do you think of their choices?

I love good girls, shy, quite, gentle, friendly, and polite.

But these days I often encounter with umm "not really" good girls. You know those types of girls who often talks about boys, who likes to bad mouth other girls, who always caring about their looks, carrys all their accessorys, have no self control, talk talk talk, uses bad words, wears half naked clothings (even in winter), doesn't care about education, .......... I can go on but I'm sure you get the point. Where can I find a good girl? The girl who I loved is married and she doesn't even know me. I want a fresh start.
